The Research On The Selection Of The Developmental Path Of The University High-level Sports Teams

With the comprehensive transformation of china's economic system,the change of social system,owing to the low educational level of athletes' training based on "3 training" sports training system,significant reduction of reserved talent,difficulties in the resettlement of retired athlete have appeared,which directly affect the working order of this system,uniersity organized the High-level sports team in order to enhance the athletes' cultural and educational level,which original intention is to explore a new mode in sports training so that the uniersity athletics become an important base for reserved talent.The former state sports sommission and the Board of education formulated special supporting policies for the implementation of this strategic concept.This paper adopts the approach of summarization of professional documents,interviews,questionnaires investigation to analysis and study the course of uniersity high-level sports team' development,the status quo,the existing problems and the path choice in the future.The results show that:1.Pilot Project changes into the three stages:the experimental employment,the focus of support,the comprehensive development.Policy adjustments tend to the professional athletes,training,and competition bringing into the credit hour management system.Pilot project has developed rapidly for 20 years,coaches,athletes' professional knowledge is improved;training,competition,education get into institutionalization,systematism;However,the field and facilities, outlay did not significantly improved.2.The achievements in the pilot project is obvious,but more problems appears.The education sector eagers for quick success and instant benefit,the sports sector ties up looses ends.Uniersitydonot cultivate athletics talent.System design focus on the unimpeded access to universities for the professional athlete,the ensurence for their study accomplishment,the promotion of uniersity's positivity,the neglectance of the rule of the combination between the study and instruction,schools of the competition system,the selection and transmission mechanism and security system design system.3.The theory of path dependence shows that:what the people were doing in the past determines the choice made by the current and future possible options.Pilot work in the original path under the influence of professional athletes,become an important part of the mechanism for retirement.In accordance with the existing methods to continue to develop,change their mind,or set aside the original path restrictions, the reunification mind,the pilot is different in the future development path choice.4.Change the original idea,obey the truth,becoming an important part of the quit mechanism for athletes.The design of Pilot Project system should serve for "3 training" sports training system' working.Prepare the enroll student's policy system based on "extend students' member, improve the require of sports achievement";devise the agonisticsystem include high schools themselves and connect with the sports system;build the culture educational system includes the ways of decrease jumping-off point of study,reduce major study,prolong study times,improve the athletes' culture level earnest in the view of policy and system.5.From the perspective of sustainable development,the pilot project should be returned to their original attention and change the status quo: try to train more high-level talents in sports.With the successful experience of American university athletics training,the China's universities pilot should establish a personnel training concept "people-centered,all-round development",and establish an independent, strong,comprehensive organizational management;To formulated a detailed,quantitative,highly workable system,which in line with China's characteristics of the development of college athletics,which includes incentive mechanism,enrollment,training,competition, education and supervision and management.
