The conclusions of this study are as follows:1、College tennis, high-level sports teams after20years of development, the project layout is becoming more rational, do team conditions are improving, but still there are some, such as funds are insufficient, fewer opportunities to athletes, learning and training are still outstanding contradictions and problems.. Assessment on China’ s university sports teams still in its infancy, assessment theory and practice is relatively small. Part of tennis colleges and universities recognize the purpose of the assessment is not in place, leading to the development of the assessment is not well and the tennis team actually combine the evaluation criteria and the actual difference of the majority of the local college tennis high-level sports teams, the assessment can not fully take care of tennis the characteristics of the sport. 2、According to the construction principle of the evaluation index system, this study established a set including the direction of the Office team, sports team management, Office team performance three-level indicators, Office Team, guiding ideology, organization and leadership, coaches, management, two nine-level indicators, the spirit of the policy, specific plans, school leaders attach importance to the three indicators of funds28a total of40indicators of tennis high level sports teams evaluation indicator system. Analytical Hierarchy Process method of the index system for the assignment. The system can be used to college tennis in China, high-level sports teams, self-assessment, peer assessment, and easy to guide the further development and improvement of the college tennis high-level sports teams.3、Tennis team evaluation system established in this study, the use of fuzzy evaluation method instance evaluation on the overall situation of the high-level sports teams in college tennis in Beijing, that the evaluation index system with a certain degree of scientific objectivity, reasonable, applicability and operability.
