Study purpose:Discussed concrete measure of "Combination of Training andTeaching" of Soccer Talent Cultivation in the whole Country from following aspects,training system,target and outlet,team scale, funds,playground,conflict of education and training,contest system,coach,administration system and so on.Research methods:literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics,case and logical analysis.The train of thought:First,discuss necessity of reform from three aspects,the significance,situation and theory of way.Then,expounded the principles of reform,for example,Combination of Training and Teaching,the whole nation system and abroad situation.Furthermore proved the measure from seven espects.Finally,analyzed the prospect of reform.We have not realized the combination of training and teaching since 1949, reform from the central authorities is key to transform the hindering state.School is the unique proper locus to realize the combination of training and teaching.It is necessity to build many schools for in our country.The essence of whole nation system is not wrong.Cultivating soccer reserve talents is the only important thing in our sporting world.We should confer common institutes to recruit soccer reserve talents,to broaden the outlet. The reserve talents ought to be arranged into one class,in which they can study together.In elementary school stage,we can recruit individually player from grade 5 and grade 6 to set up two teams,while in middle school stage,player or students from every grade can make up one team solo.ln university,one team is enough.It is feasible to solve problem of funds shortage by means of several measure.The football player that come from tradition system can obtain the competence for training over one night.it is necessary to recommend teachers which supervise the culture and morlality.
