The Evolution And Trend Of Reserve Talent Training System In China's Ice And Snow Sports

It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research on the training mode of ice and snow for reserving talents,improving the competitive level and train high-level athletes for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.According to the documents.We can know that since the foundation of china,the cultivation of ice and snow reserve talents has gone through three stages,namely the " Soviet-style" mode in the 1950 s,the " four-level" mode in the 1980 s and the " combination of sports and education" mode at the present stage.This paper combines the current situation of the development of ice and snow sports,combs the changes of the ice and snow sports reserve personnel training system after the founding of the People's Republic of China by using the methods of literature research,comparative research and interview,and then compares with the current training system of ice and snow sports reserve personnel abroad,finds out the problems existing in the training system of ice and snow sports reserve personnel in China,and comprehensively analyses the contents of expert interviews,and predicts me.The development trend of national ice and snow sports reserve personnel training system.The results show that although the training system of ice and snow sports reserve talents in China has undergone three stages of evolution,the training system of ice and snow sports reserve talents in China is still dominated by the national system.By comparing the training system of ice and snow sports reserve talents in foreign countries,the training system of ice and snow sports reserve talents in China needs to be further improved in the aspects of athletes' social security and sports scientific research level.Improvement;Analysis of the problems existing in the training system of reserve talents of ice and snow sports in China found that the simplification of the training system of reserve talents of ice and snow sports is the main factor restricting the development of ice and snow sports in China;comprehensive expert interviews,the future training system of reserve talents of ice and snow sports in China will present an open and diversified development trend.
