The diversification of economic interests, produced along with market economy, has brought an extensive and significant impact on all aspects of economic and social development in our country and presented the unprecedented challenge to the ideological and political education as well. This article chooses"A Research on Ideological and Political Education from the Viewpoint of Diversification of Economic Interests"as topic, which systematically studies that the ideological and political education how it to deal with the challenges of diversification of economic interests and realize reforming and innovation. Therefore, with the method of integrating theory with practice , interdisciplinary, unity of history and logic etc, starting from the point of view of concept, function, content, methods and other elements of the ideological and political education perspective, this article conducted a comprehensive analysis and systematic research on the question of reforming and innovation of ideological and political education, expecting to form a overall framework of research on ideological and political education under the diversification of economic interests background.The objective of chapter one is to clarify the basic concepts, and establish theoretical foundation for the formation of the whole thesis.After clarified the concepts such as interest, economic interest etc, this paper analyzed the implication of the diversification of economic interest and suggested that the diversification of economic interests includes four aspects: main body diversification, object diversification, complex interest relationships and diversification of way to achieve benefits, among which main body diversification is the core implication which guides the others. Based on the above, this chapter finally studies the relationship between interests and ideological and political education. Interests are the basis of ideological and political education, the ideological and political education can't analysis and solve the ideological problems of the educator without considering their benefits demand; meanwhile, though benefit-guiding is its important content, the ideological and political education can't merely rest on meeting the benefits demand of the educator, but to continuously improve their ideological and ethic standard and level of recognition, and form a construction of benefits demand which in line with the requirements of the social development. Thus, there exists inseparable relationship between ideological and political education and the benefits of the educator.Based on the objective understanding of changes in ideological and political education, chapter two dialectically analyses the effects of diversification of economic interest toward ideological and political education.Under the background of diversification of economic interest, a series of new changes takes place in environment of ideological and political education. There is no lack of positive effects among the changes, but the more obvious is that the educational environment comes under the negative impact of differentiation of social benefits. Whether the macro-environmental education or the micro-environmental education has been integrated utilitarianism to some extent. Furthermore, the object of ideological and political education changes a lot firstly, such as structure complication, diversification of mentality and emotion, diversification of ideology and concept, diversification of action, etc. Facing up to the new situation above, the traditional ideological and political education, which focuses on solving a single interest relation encounters unprecedented challenges, for instance, the educator's diverse idea and value orientation is a challenge for the guidance of ideological and political education, a wide range of field is a challenge for the single approach of ideological and political education. More importantly, in the face of the social reality of benefit diversification, the constituent elements of traditional ideological and political education which include the concept, function, content, methods etc , can not adapt the requirement of new situation. Yet, diversification of economic interest provides a rare opportunity for development for ideological and political education, for instance, enhancing the educator's subject consciousness, deepening the motivation mechanism of ideological and political education and enriching its content etc. In a word, we must profoundly comprehend the dialectical relationship of the both, stick to unitary guidance all along, simultaneously, fully affirm the objective reality of pluralism and keep off the wrong tendency biasing towards any extreme.Chapter three discusses how to reflect about ideological and political education under the background of diversification of economic interests. With an eye on concept firstly, this part analyses the contradiction between diversification of economic interest and traditional concept of ideological and political education, for example, contradiction between main body diversification and the unified, idealized object, between diverse concept of value and one-sided value orientation, between prominent subjectivity and"man absence", between individual-based awareness and society-based departmentalism, between the rich economic life and ideological and political education that separated from life; secondly, this chapter studies the abuses exists in the function of traditional ideological and political education, such as emphasizes social function and contempt the individual function, emphasizes political function and contempt economic function, emphasizes normative function and contempt expansible function ,emphasizes ideological function and contempt non-ideological function etc; thirdly ,the content of traditional ideological and political education should be reflected, for instance ,it emphasizes political norms and contempt economic ethics, emphasizes the social adaptability and contempt individual development ,emphasizes cognitive virtues and contempt practice spirit, emphasizes the ideality of education and contempt its reality, emphasizes the common needs of the educators and contempt their individual needs etc; Lastly, there exist some unreasonable methods in traditional ideological and political education, for instance, it emphasizes force-fed and contempt dialogic communication, emphasizes dominant educational methods and contempt recessive education ways,emphasizes single type and contempt synthesizing type,emphasizes centralized and contempt combination,emphasizes close and contempt open etc.Chapter four goes into details about the concept change and function transformation of ideological and political education under the background of diversification of economic interests.In the respect of concept change, we need overcome the five abuses mentioned above and build up scientific concept, and try to realize combination of ideality and reality, uniformity and diversity; shift from one-sided emphasis on collective interests to the unification of collective interests and individual interests, emphasize subjectivity of the educates , tend towards subjective ideological and political education, tend towards "society---individual-based theory"from society-based theory, tend towards"living world"from separating life etc.In the respect of function change, under the condition of diversification of economic interest, firstly, we should pay full attention to the individual function, excavate the function of ideological and political education at the respect of survival, development, and enjoyment etc ,change from placing too much emphasis on social function to the unification of social and individual function; Secondly, it must be convinced that the political function is the primary function, but it is not omnipotent and boundless ,we Should pay full attention to economic functions, especially micro-level functions, change from purely emphasizing political functions to emphasizing both the economic functions and political functions; Thirdly, we Should give full attention to the developmental function ,and realize the unification of normative function and developmental function; Lastly, ideological and political education should adapt to new changes in the objective situation, take the non-ideological function into account suitably, at the same time focus on exerting the benefits integration and value critical function of ideology, realize the modernity transformation of ideological function, that is change from the one-sided emphasis on the ideological function to harmony of ideological and non-ideological function.Chapter five discusses content innovation and method innovation of ideological and political under the background of diversification.Firstly, in the aspect of content innovation, its principles must be explicit, these principles are: the contemporary principle, the humanization principle, the hierarchy principle and pertinence principle. The contemporary principle aims to strengthen the contemporary of content, specifically, the content innovation must adapt to development of socialist market economy and reflect its requirement; the humanization principle means that content innovation of ideological and political education must take human development as the starting point, take the unification of human development and the social development as the foothold, specifically to give full respect and attention to individual value,at the same time, the content selection must be "face life, for life"; the hierarchy principle means that the highest level of communist morality can't substitute other levels of content such as socialist morality ,public virtue etc, ideological and political education must aim at thought condition and level of the educates , take the reality as the foundation, formulate classified content, carry out by delaminating, form multi-level architecture; pertinence principle means that the selection and arrangement of education content should close to reality and the educator. Secondly, the basic points f content innovation must be clear. The first basic point is education of economic ethic, which demands integrity spirit, competitive spirit, utilitarianism spirit, equality awareness, sense of innovation efficiency etc, these spirits reflect the requirement of time; the second point is value education, specifically speaking, the key point of value education is to handle the relationship between the diversified value-oriented and unified value-oriented, the fundamental point is to firmly adhere to the collective-oriented value, the foothold is to reflect and surpass values of political criteria, the starting point is to advocate the unification of self-value and social value from viewpoint of value subject, to realize the unification of individual interests and social interests from viewpoint of value goal, to avoid absoluteness and avoid cause the relativism from viewpoint of value appraisal; the third basic point discusses socialist concept of justice and benefit education, it should guide to establish the new socialist concept of justice and benefit, that is"to put the country and the people's benefit in the first place and fully respect the legitimate rights and interests of individual citizens as well", but should pay attention to prevent the extreme of"forgets honor at the sight of profits".In method innovation aspect, it should insist on comprehensive, subjective, developmental and democratic principles and so on, innovate the method system of ideological and political education. First of all ,it changes from force-fed to combination of force-fed and dialogue, reconstruct the equal and democratic dialogue between educator and the educator, attach importance of understanding between each other, and finally start a dialogue according to certain rules and steps ;Next , because the hidden nature of recessive education method fit with the increasingly strengthened independent consciousness of the educator, its universality and flexibility fit with the increasingly strengthened mobility of the benefit main body, its democracy and equality fit with the increasingly strengthened subject-consciousness of the educator, so, under the background of diversification of economic interests, the recessive teaching method should be much accounted of, simultaneously, using many ways such as penetration, experience, openness etc, to realize method construction of the recessive teaching method by ways of penetration, experience, open etc, attempt to convert from dominant method to the combination of both recessive teaching method and dominant education method .Lastly , to change from single type to synthesizing type, from centralized to combination of centralized and dispersed, from close to open.The conclusion proposes the paper core viewpoint, research limitation and suggestion. The influence brought by diversification of economic interests is comprehensive and profound , it needs to be regarded with dialectical and systematic viewpoints. Under this background, the ideological and political education should also carry on thorough discussion about many questions such as evaluation, system etc.
