This research is aimed at a practical study based on practical issues and focusing on solving the problems in practice. Explore through practical study the essence of the school culture, and the curriculum culture and analyze what the realistic dilemma is, why it exists and how it is coped with so as to eventually achieve educational practice with a practical guiding significance. Explore the close relationship and the law between the curriculum reform and curriculum culture to enhance the cultural consciousness of curriculum reform and the cultural content of the curriculum construction. Explore the positive significance and the basic law of the promotion of the curriculum reform and the cultural construction of the curriculum to be aware of a clear direction and the basic strategy of school development and promote the solution to the practical issues in the construction of the school culture and the cultural development of the school to eventually provide better educational service to societyThe spiritual essence of the practical study of the project lies in the respect for the live experience in educational practice. School education is essentially practical. Teacher-teacher communication, teacher-student interaction, and student-student cooperation are the major elements and forms of school life. Only by adhering to practice and starting with practice can problems and contradictions in school education be explained practically and the self-development of the curriculum-culture theory be achieved.This research deals with not only basic theoretical research—the curriculum reform, the curriculum culture, the school culture but also applied research—how to make the curriculum reform, the construction of curriculum culture more reasonable, and how to make schools conduct cultural construction more effectively. The former is conducted through literature law, mainly studying the theoretical basis for the construction of curriculum culture. That is, the project leader is a front-line principal, whose role is rather special. As a high school principal, he has much practical experience in teaching and the school management. Through this further study and research , he can undoubtedly improve his self-cultivation theoretically to achieve the goal of turning the curriculum theory into the front-line curriculum practice. No doubt, this project has a strong practicality. Embodied in:First, directly face the problems in the current primary and secondary school curriculum reform and cultural construction. Criticism of homogeneous phenomenon, criticism of the core competitiveness , and criticism of the of pseudo-modern phenomenon. have produced quite a big stir in the fundamental education. And at the same time, fully explore the source of the problems , deeply explore the essential development of primary and secondary schools, and the fundamental direction and basic ideas of personalized schools.Second, initially put forward practical classification of the school culture. Start from the practice of school work , establish a new system of the school curriculum culture, the organizational culture, the environmental culture, the management culture based on the training objective. This classification is more scientific in reality, and more user-friendly .and also provides a new classification approach to the theory of school culture.Third, explore a new idea of the construction of the school culture. That is, start from the cultural construction of curriculum to drive the organizational culture, the environmental culture, the management culture so as to promote the development of the whole school culture. Summarize and analyze the law, and strengthen the effectiveness of applied research.
