In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guidelines for Improving the Education of Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture",requiring schools at all levels to gradually carry out education on Chinese excellent traditional culture in primary,junior high school,high school,university and other stages,and to add traditional culture to the curriculum and teaching materials.At the same time,The "Outline" encouraged in-depth exploration and utilization of local traditional cultural curriculum resources,and implemented local curriculum and schoolbased curriculum.The "Outline" also pointed out that the biology discipline should integrate its own teaching links into the relevant Chinese excellent traditional cultural content.Tea culture is an important part of China's excellent traditional culture.At the same time,China has a vast area for tea planting,tea making,and tea drinking,and some of the content is related to middle school biology.Therefore,we can try to develop tea culture curriculum resources and apply them.In the teaching of biology courses,it is expected to promote the further in-depth study of the combination of Chinese excellent traditional culture and biology courses,promote the all-round development of students,and the continuity of the blood of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the inheritance of cultural genes.Through literature method,case analysis method,investigation method,observation method and other methods,the research results are as follows:(1)Through the in-depth analysis of the middle school biology textbooks and the content of Chinese tea culture,with the cultivation of tea trees,the processing of tea leaves,and the utilization of tea leaves as the main line,the middle school biology curriculum resources hidden in the tea culture were excavated,and the middle school biology curriculum resources were discovered.Ultimately,this study points out the juncture between middle school biology curriculum and Chinese tea culture.(2)It pointed out the ways that Chinese excellent traditional culture such as tea culture penetrated into biology teaching in middle school,namely classroom teaching,school-based courses,interest groups and research trips,at the same time,it gave corresponding teaching examples.(3)Through the investigation method and observation method,the cases in the actual teaching were analyzed,and the results showed that the infiltration of tea culture in secondary school biology teaching helps to create a lively,interesting and energetic classroom atmosphere,enrich classroom teaching,enhance students' understanding of biology knowledge,increase their interest in biology as well as in traditional Chinese culture such as tea culture,and inspire pride in their hometown and motherland.This research deeply excavates an element of traditional culture in combination with local resources,conducts longitudinal and systematic research,and it has a deeper research depth and local characteristics,providing rich curriculum resources for the majority of frontline teachers.At the same time,the research also expands the research scope of Chinese excellent traditional culture education,and provides new ideas for the penetration of Chinese excellent traditional culture education in subject teaching.
