In this paper, using of Literature; Questionnaire survey method; mathematical statistics method; expert interviews; comparative study of law; Logical analysis, current situation, problems, building objectives and indemnification system of Futsal football competition regime in China's were explored, and the following conclusions are obtained:1. Futsal competition regime in China was taking shape and developed in the specific background. From the initial non-institutional competition, the league, college students League, Cup, FA Amateur League, the masses League come into being. At the same time, Competition Organization System is set up, and more standardized rules and regulations had developed also.2. Competition organization institution in Brazil, Spain, Japan, are structural integrity. In Contest system, there are some features of Multi-species, multi-level, good convergence. The contests is continuity, stability, rationality in competition organization rules system.3. There are some problems in competition institution and system in China: incomplete chain of command, too large of management span, insufficient degree of functional departments. Some problems in competition system: competition type single, the lack of convergence, lack of stability and continuity,etc. some problems in rules:undefined, Existence of blind spots, not implement.4. External driving force, endogenous force and competition resources constitute influence factor for Futsal Competition regime. Lacking of external driving force, the use of endogenous force is inadequate, competition resource supply shortage are primal problem at present.5. According to China's sports development plans and realities, and learning foreign experience, following some certain, located the China's futsal competition regime. The aim is:as athletic competition the core to continuously improve the level of competitive sports and achieved in international competitions; focus on young people race to further develop the project and youth physical fitness. Extensively carried out and the establishment of social contest for the quality of people's health and cultural needs. Based on competition needed, strive to set up perfect competition regime finally.6.
