With the approval and issue of Notice on holding 2016-2017 CFA FUTSAL SUPER LEAGUE by Chinese Football Association,Chinese futsal super league has been in the full-scale process of professionalism from its infancy.In the past 4 years,the professional league has made certain achievements in all aspects compared to the past.However,owing to various reasons,futsal super league dose not draw people’s attention from all walks of life.Moreover,from the perspectives of national team or club team’s performance,the level of Chinese futsal has not been promoted,which bring about many problems and challenges in the development of Chinese futsal league in a new era.In addition,our neighbouring country Japan started its exploration about futsal league 13 years ago.Although encountering lots of difficulties and setbacks,Japan explores an abundant competition organization system and gains splendid honors with its superior management service pattern and the principle of gradual improvement.In comparison,Chinese futsal league has a long way to go.Therefore,this article conducts the difference analysis on Japanese and Chinese futsal league through literature review method,expert interviews method,data analysis method and comparative analysis method to draw the conclusion: Firstly,the difference between the Japanese and Chinese futsal league organization: The Chinese organizations are Chinese Football Association,Futsal League Committee,Competition Organizing Committee,whose management authority comes from government agency with top-down management mode.While the Japanese organizations are Japanese Football Association,Japanese F League,Association from various prefectures and areas,whose management authority comes from the major market with down-top management mode.Compared to Japanese mode,Chinese mode which is lack of fairness and representative limits the development of FUTSAL SUPER LEAGUE.Secondly,the competition regulation is different between Chinese and Japanese futsal league: the Chinese futsal league competition regulation is strict but mechanical for fear that the arrival of foreign aid will add the burden of club or squeeze the living space of domestic players,so the regulation is conservative.While the Japanese competition regulation is more abundant and humanized on the basis of seriousness,which hold a open-minded and positive attitude to foreign aid believing that the foreign aid with the same style can assist the development and improvement of domestic players.Thirdly,the competition system is different between Chinese and Japanese futsal league: the basis of Chinese competition system is vulnerable and lack of system culture under the influence of quick success and instant benefit,while the basis of Japanese competition system is stable and solid.With the improvement over years,the Japanese system is from complex to simple and the competition becomes more and more popular.Fourthly,the implement is different between Chinese and Japanese futsal league: although the Chinese futsal league organization of competition is in consistence with Japanese,it is also influenced by other objective factors such as lack of attention,lack of worker enthusiasm and inefficiency.Japanese futsal league competition also has its problem during the practice.But on the whole,its efficiency is much higher.With regard to the development of futsal league,the author brings forward the following suggestions: Firstly,accelerate the foundation and operation of Chinese futsal league;Secondly,take measures to build a more abundant and impeccable futsal league competition system;Thirdly,establish and perfect the work system of supervision,rewards and punishment and support;Fourthly,formulate the advertisement plan of futsal league and put into effect.
