With the research objective of integrated science content integration, the paper is consisted of theoretical research and empirical research. There is eight parts in all. It includes:reasons for subject, thoughts and methods, analysis on literatures, the survey on the views of science teachers'content integration and the test of science teachers' content integration, the construction of analysis model of science content integration-SCI mode, the survey on science teachers'content integration, the application of SCI and the conclusions. The construction of SCI, the survey on science teachers' content integration, the application of SCI are the core parts of the paper, and they are the fruits of this research.Firstly, look at the evolvement of international science curriculum reform, the balance between content integration and needs of reality is always the target of science curriculum reform. The meaning of this research can be expressed. Two thoughts are most important for the paper, one is the literatures analysis of content integration at present, above all the science curriculum literatures, the other is the study of content integration in science curriculum implement. The paper conducts researches according to these two thoughts. Literatures on science curriculum implement are discussed to find the problems and key points among the researches, it can be seen that content integration is paid less attention. The curriculum integration and its correlative concepts are defined from two views:subject-centered and students-centered, which is to explore the principles for curriculum integration in China. The disparity between foreign researches and our researches is put forward after literatures analysis. And the thoughts for objective's choice, theories on SCI construction and the frame design on the classroom observation are also mentioned to support empirical research.Secondly, the core forms of SCI are raised on the basis of curriculum integration analysis. There are two levels of core forms. One includes integration orientations and integration rules on the macroscopic view, the other includes integration scope, integration clues and integration intensity on the microscopic view. Then macroscopic forms of SCI are created for the empirical research, they are theoretical form, content form and methods form.Thirdly, the survey on science teachers'knowledge of content integration and its application is carried out. Meanwhile, we test the science content integrated skills of science teachers. The survey suggests that the definition of curriculum standards content was too vague. The content integration mode of textbooks is not appropriate for science teaching. And teachers also know little about the integrated teaching skills. Can these problems been seen in the process of science curriculum implement? Are there any alterations of content integration in curriculum textbooks and science teaching.How about the alterations? In the process of the empirical research, curriculum standards, science textbooks and science teaching are observed based on the SCI. We can find the main problems of the content integration of curriculum standards, characters of the content integration in textbooks and draw the conclusions of the content integration in science teaching supported by the analysis tools.Finally, the conclusion is drawing based on the theoretical and empirical researches. The problems which must be solved soon in science curriculum is put forward, also the solutions. The brief comments on the future research are mentioned at the end of paper.
