Technological innovation is the major driving force of the automobile industry, the main cornerstone to obtain sustainable market advantage for the automobile enterprises. Throughout the history of automotive technology in the world , the innovation and application in fields CNC Machining Technology, Magnetic pulse welding technology, Turbocharger technology, Hardening of iron metal components, Digital video camera and Robotics greatly promoted the development of automobile industry. And rapidly rose a number of auto- manufacturers such as General Motors, Toyota and Volkswagen, those have become the leader in automotive industry. With the development of automobile industry, technology supply chain has become a major organization model of automotive technology collaborative innovation. Especially from the world economic crisis of 2008, the world automobile industry structure changed dramatically, information systems, new energy and low emission technologies are becoming the main competitive fields of automotive technical in the world. Facing this change, we only build the technology supply chain focusing on core business innovation of research and development, production and sales on all aspects can hold the correct development direction, increase R & D efforts, accelerate the application and Industrialization process of technology achievements and effectively avoid drastic changes in the process of industrial risks. In recent years, China's automobile industry is booming. And now, China as the world's largest car producer and seller, has made a series of breakthroughs especially in technological innovation, has surpassed the U.S. It should be noted, however, China's auto industry technology supply chain and innovative ways in the ascendant, there are still loose collaborative innovation, lack of core technology innovation, innovation, lack of resources and irrational allocation problems. Therefore, building a strong competitiveness and high efficiency of the industrial technology innovation has become the chain decided to revitalize the success or failure of China's auto industry key issue.In view of this, the study analysis the development of China's automotive technology supply chain by following aspects:First, the theory of supply chain technology. Based on the analysis of the literatures of technology supply chain,started from the Schumpeterian theory of innovation, the paper did a detailed overview on supply chain theory and industrial organization, and analyzed the core content and evolution direction of those theories. Based on system of those three classical theories, the paper built on basic empirical research idea about technology supply chain.Second, development of China automobile industry. Based on the theoretical research, this paper did the empirical analysis of China's automobile industry development, provided the background for analyzing auto-technology supply chain of China. The results show that after years of arduous the scale of production and sales of China's automotive industry have been expanding, economic efficiency has been improving, industrial contribution is significantly increasing. And then the paper studied dynamic efficiency of innovation and impact factors issues.Third, analyze the structure of China automotive technology supply chain. Based on the classical theory, the paper proposed the supply chain technology is the Collaborative innovation processes that oriented by market demand, and created a seamless value-added between the R&D and management around technological leaders. Based on this concept system, the paper constructed the theoretical model of technology supply chain of automobile industry. In this model framework, the study analyzed the structure of automotive industry technology supply chain from four sides: knowledge sources, technological innovation centers, technology centers and sales. And it describes the mechanisms between innovation and industrialization of the whole field.Fourth, analyze the efficiency of China automotive technology supply chain. Technical efficiency is the ratio using the best investment of current technology and actual investment. Based on the current of input and output of China's auto industry, the paper measured and analyzed efficiency of technology supply chain using cutting-edge technology——network DEA model.Fifth, analyze the organizational efficiency analysis of China automotive technology supply chain. Organizational efficiency is an important aspect of supply chain performance. Based on a large number of survey data, using structural equation model, the paper empirically analyzed the relationship among organizational efficiency of technology supply chain, the link mechanism, the link capacity and willingness.Sixth, Policy coupled of China automotive technology supply chain. Based on the empirical analysis, this study proposes a series of suggestions for promoting development of automobile industry supply chain technology, including: Increase investment in research to improve the supply chain capability of independent innovation; Implementation of the "talent pool" strategy to strengthen the innovative team building; Integrated supply chain resources, building effective collaborative innovation system; Sound project management system, improve the technical structure of the development process; Strengthen research cooperation platform, solid technology supply chain knowledge base; Develop the rational industrial policy, strengthen policy guidance and support.
