| As a new management model, Knowledge Management (KM) has been world widely applied in recent years and its influence on organizational core competitive power has been proved in various organizations, such as corporations, governments or scientific research institutions. Therefore, organizations pay more and more attention on KM. However, due to the ignorance of the deep influence of organizational culture on organizational KM, many KM programs didn't achieve the anticipated management target of an organization. In order to solve this problem, by using qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as deduction and induction, descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis, the paper conducts theoretical exploration and research on the following aspects: the concerned concepts and theories of the organizational culture in KM, the mechanism of the organizational culture in KM, the influence of the organizational culture in KM, the innovation of the organizational culture in KM.
