Research On Optimization Of Insurance Company's Organization Structure

In the resent years, with the development of urbanization process, the increasingly serious of population aging, improvement of the living standard and consumption power, the raising of insurance consciousness, the insurance industry of China gets unprecedented development opportunities, and the premium and asset scales of insurance companies expand. During this process, insurance companies did not adjust the organization structure and result in that the organization structure has been a factor of hindering development of management efficiency and creative ability. Therefore, insurance companies of China have to reform and optimize the organization structure. This author wishes this article can give some reference to the insurance companies to develop the management efficiency and creative ability by optimizing the organization structure of insurance companies.This article is composed of six chapters. The first chapter introduces background, significance, main contents, innovative points and deficiency of the article. The second chapter defines organization structure and organization structure of insurance company, and then introduces the theories of organization structure, including classical organization structure theories, neoclassical organization structure theories and modern organization structure theories, to provide theory foundations for the research below. The third chapter focuses on the factors which influence the organization structure of insurance company, and provides reference to empirical research. The forth chapter analyses the forms of insurance companies'organization structure and the main problems in China. The fifth chapter introduces foreign organization structure and tendency of insurance company, and then summarizes foreign experience to provide experience reference for the research of China. The sixth chapter analyses the principles and targets and designs origination structure according to middle and small property insurance companies.
