Since the personal insurance business started in our country from 1982, Chinese life insurance industry has developed very fast, the average growth speed of every year is much faster than the GDP's, that has make an outstanding contribution to the development of Chinese economy and society. Beyond no doubt, the success of business development benefits from the construction and development of sales organization, and the personal marketing organization which creates more than half of the total amount of the life insuran(?)e business annually does the most important contribution doubtless. Because the personal marketing organization has prominent position and functions in the life insurance company, life insurance companies all over the world including China are trying their best to innovate organization actively, and try to build up a sales organization with stricter management, higher efficiency, more excellent quality and better service.The logic structure of this paper in order is analyzing research object-discovering the problem-analyzing the problem-solving the problem-summarizing and evaluating the problem. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic mode of organization of china life insurance company of Shandong branch (call the national insurance company of Shandong as follows) in general, introducing a series of problems on organizational development , business development , customer service , troops quality and organizational management etc, then carries on overall, careful and thorough analysis, which finds out that the real problem which holds back the company to develop continuously and fast, is the strategic position of marketing organization and the marketing mechanism which based on "blood relationship system" and "commission system", so we must carry on the innovation to the original marketing organization from the bottom, and the creative direction is district system sales and serving organization, the research of innovation mainly includes circulating mechanism and management mode two parts, in the end the article makes an overall summary and evaluation to the personal marketing organization innovation, analyzing the special features and advantages of the district system sales and serving organization, pointing out the basic principles, highly generalizing the important strategic meaning of organization innovation, strengthening the innovation direction of the personal marketing organization.This paper mainly has four parts of innovation: Firstly, it draws the root antinomy of the personal marketing organization with thorough analytical, which is the foundation of organization innovation; Secondly, it is the first time that puts forward the basic concept and developing way of constructing the special district system sales and serving organization of national insurance company of Shandong explicitly and independently, which provides the leading method; Thirdly, it designs the marketing mechanism of the district system sales and serving organization by "the system theory", which is the innovation to the basic system of the marketing organization ; Lastly, the paper designs the standard process of management of the district system sales and serving organization according to the principle of science and efficiency, which is the innovation from the root to the management mode of the marketing organization.This paper is the first important topic on organization innovation research since national insurance company of Shandong established personal marketing organization in 1996, the writer draws lessons from the development experience of domestic and international insurance industry, depends on the real circumstances of national insurance company of Shandong, then finishes the paper independently after long period of investigating, thinking deeply and fully argument, the paper has been highly valued by the leaders of the company, and will be tested and carried on application in the whole province, so it has important realistic meaning.This paper may have many problems and shortcomings because of my limited ability.
