Study On The Influencing Factors And Law Of Paths Of Double Transfer

Industry transfer and HR transfer is a sure thing to happen when the economy of a region has developed to a certain degree. This paper, following the principles and methods of statistics, identifies different interviewees (for different industries) who are solicited for their opinions on the factors influential on the double transfer; refines analysis outline as the basis for a sampling statistics questionnaire; makes an exploratory factor analysis to identify the five key influencing factors:governmental policies, industry development, resource environment, economic distance and labor.The paper proceeds from the exploratory factor analysis to the confirmatory factor analysis of formally investigated data, In the paper, homogeneity reliability and construct reliability are introduced into the reliability analysis of the questionnaire while content validity, convergence validity, and discriminate validity, for the validity analysis, proving the good validity of the questionnaire. Also, with a confirmatory analysis of the model for factors influential on the double transfer made with some structural equation software, compliance of fit indices with requirements are proved, which means the structure mode is ideal.Then, from the perspective of value management, the paper explains the gravity model and discusses the impetus mechanism for the industry region and industry selection. When in the model calculation and cluster analysis, main factors in five aspects are considered to analyze the appeal of every city. In the paper, some common laws applicable to double transfer are found when an empirical analysis and calculation are made for the typical industry transfer in Guangdong province, including the four double transfers:ceramics in Foshan, electronics in Dongguan, Aluminum in Nanhai, and cement in Guangzhou.The transfer of industry and HR necessarily follows certain laws of path, among which the most important ones are comparative advantage and growth potential. For the purpose of this paper, some regions of different economy development in Guangdong are selected as samples; empirical calculation and analysis of the industries in those regions are made to find the laws of path which are followed by in the double transfer of industry and HR in Guangdong. Guangdong have seen noticeable effect as well as many problems as the double transfer policies are implemented, such as growing resources and environment stress, apparent industrial structure assimilation, and declining development mode based on resource consumption. This paper gives an intensive analysis of the problems in the double transfers in Guangdong, then moves to a discussion of industrial park construction, improvement on talent training mode, development mode of industry cluster, and ends with corresponding solutions, proposed policies and recommendations.
