System Dynamics Modeling And Countermeasures Research On The Transfer Of Rural Surplus Labor In Liaoning Province

China’s economic construction needs the coordinated development ofthree-nizations. Industrialization promotes urbanization development, promotes theprocess of agricultural modernization, urbanization grows up under the fastdevelopmental industrialization, conversely it has a strong role in promoting theindustrialization and agricultural modernization, agricultural modernization promotes thedevelopment of the level of industrialization and urbanization. The coordinateddevelopment of three-nizations has an intrinsic effect on the transfer of rural surpluslabor force. Therefore, promoting the level of coordinated development ofindustrialization, urbanization, agricultural modernization of the three helps to promotethe transfer of rural surplus labor and speed up the process of modernization in Liaoning.Firstly the paper definites the coordinated development of three-nizations, and thendescribes the transfer of rural surplus labor force. Secondly, the paper describes thepresent situation of the three and rural surplus labor force in Liaoning and therelationship between the three and rural surplus labor force, although the rural surpluslabor force in process of the coordinated development of three-nizations in Liaoning hasmade certain achievements, it exists some deficiency competing with the domesticadvanced provinces. Then the paper analysis the factors affecting the transfer of ruralsurplus labor in Liaoning and a summary of the literature summarize22influence factorswhich the frequency of occurrence more than30%, and then through the questionnairesurvey method to collect the required data, and then use SPSS combined with factoranalysis method for data correlation processing, to remove main factor variables commonfactors and factors loading less than0.6. The3common factors are12factors. Accordingto the influence degree, factors will be named as internal control influence factor, internaland external coordination influence factor and external development influencing factor.And it will be used as three kinds of influence factors of the transfer of rural surplus labor in Liaoning namely internal control influence factors, internal and externalcoordination influence factors and external development influencing factors. Once again,to test the above factor analysis results using the method of system dynamics, resultsshow that, the12factors can affect the transfer of rural surplus labor force in Liaoning.Finally, based on the above results and combined with the actual situation in Liaoning,the paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the level of transfer of rural surpluslabor in Liaoning.
