In the face of opportunity and challenge, enterprises should promote its emergency ability and production flexibility. Under this condition, some enterprises build logistics strategic alliances to concern of their core competitiveness, to resist the risk, and to promote logistic service level. Although building logistics strategic alliances has become a trend, they often cannot achieve the expected effect. It has great Potential for the intergration between third party logistics and supply chain. The devolepment of logistics strategic alliances needs support of theory, but the study in this field doesn't solve all problems about alliance decision. So, it's important to study logistics strategic alliances deeply. On the whole, this dissertation integrates related literatures and its main contents are as follows:(1) After reviewing the management thought and organization innovation for enterprise innovation, this dissertation traces back the formation process of logistics strategic alliances and predictes its tendency in the future. This dissertation seeks the formation motivation of logistics strategic alliances based on transaction cost theory, and its sustainable competitive advantage based on resource-based theory. Concerned the dynamic governance of logistics strategic alliance, it analyzes the relationship management based on principal-agent theory. It illustratess the theory system of logistics strategic alliances, through integrating multi-discipline theory.(2) To build decision process model for logistic strategic alliances. Decision process is devised three states, which are beginning decision, alliance planning, and alliance governance. The process evolution of logistics strategic alliances is regarded as life body from birth to death, based on life cycle theory. Logistics strategic alliances have four periods, which are gestation, planning, operation, and termination. This dissertation shows the key points to management of logistics strategic alliances.(3) To optimize partner selection model of logistics strategics alliances. Index system for partner evaluation is devised strategic dimension and operation dimension. This method improves the application range in different environment, through overcoming the disadvantages of traditional methods. Considering that information often is concealment, and oriental are accustomed to fuzzy thinking mode, this dissertation applies fuzzy AHP & TOPSIS methods to evaluate partner. At last, use a numerical example to verify the effectiveness of the method and the visualization of the result.(4) To build incentive contract model for logistics strategic alliances. This dissertation discusses the constraint conditions of logistics strategic alliances, and it suggests ways to design incentive alliance contract, based on principal-agent theory. It appears that an alliance contract in favor of stability should synthesize incentive compatibility constraint, alliance lifetime constraint, and alliance cost constraint, which means inframarginal analysis of decision among equity alliance and non-equity alliance.(5) To build relationship management model of logistic strategics alliances. This model analyzes the relationship between trust mechanism, controlling mechanism, and alliance risk. And it analyzes operation risk of logistics strategic alliances, the formation and game process of trust mechanism, the pattern and effect controlling mechanism. At last, comprehensive measures of relationship management for logistics strategic alliances are put forward based on trust mechanism and controlling mechanism.(6) To build performance evaluation model of logistics strategic alliances. This model references BSC evaluation method, and adds perspective of logistics service provider, and fuses performance index system of enterprise logistics. Due to evaluating alliances performance from five dimensions, the model can show results of alliances governance effectively. According to the characters of the model, this dissertation designs a comprehensive evaluation method. A case study is also given to demonstrate the potential of the methodology.
