In recent years, the trend of global economic integration has become more evident with rapid development of economy. It’s difficult that any business wants to survive in the fierce market competition and maintain long-term competitiveness by virtue of its own strength and limited resources. Enterprises can quickly improve their competitiveness and ease the competition dilemma through non-competitive strategic alliance. Research on partner selection provides a reference for enterprise to building efficient&stable non-competitive strategic alliance. About non-competitive strategic alliance, the focus of research at home and abroad is most about classification, management and distinction with traditional alliance. However, the research of choose the right alliance partners is little. This paper forms a mechanism of partner selection which can help enterprises to building alliance, tap the potential competitiveness.First of all, the author conducted in-depth analysis of non-competitive strategic alliance:defining the concepts and characteristics, comparing the difference with strategic alliance, partner selection’s mode and analyzing the impact of partner selection to Alliance Performance. Then, the author analyzes the current situation of the domestic alliance and summarizes the influencing factors and problem of the alliance partners and study alliance partner selection from qualitative and quantitative aspects using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP. The author also illustrates the feasibility and reliability of this study. Last, the author gives some countermeasures and suggestions of selecting the non-competitive strategic alliance partners to China’s domestic enterprises.Eventually, the research establishes a corporate alliance partner selection analysis methods on building a evaluation index system of non-competitive strategic alliance partner selection. It forms a set of reference for the enterprise partner selection mechanism and builds a scientific model for enterprises to choose the ideal non-competitive strategic alliance partners.
