Study On LC's Implementing Ability Of Housing Virtual Enterprises In China

Proceed from the background of Chinese Housing industry, this thesis proposed that the housing construction level could be improved by appling VE and LC. They endow the housing enterprise power to reflect on market agilely and satisfy customers'diversified and individualized requirement. VE and LC are effective approaches to solve present extensive housing construction method in China. It is very necessary to further study them. Based on investigation, the author analysis on different factors which influence the LC implementing ability of the housing virtual enterprise, establishes related evaluation index system, and presents strategy to cultivat LC implementing ability for the housing virtual enterprise. Details as follows:Firstly, under the new competitive environment, housing virtual enterprise is put forward to break through the enterprise's visible limitation to realize market opportunities agilely by realize internal efficiency enhancement, in the meantime, integrate the external resource. Optimal operation among member enterprises is studied. Then a competition-coordination-cooperation self-organization mechanism for housing construction is designed by applying self-organization principle in Synergetics to realize Synergetic LC management among leagues'construction resource in housing virtual enterprise.Secondly, based on abundant literature research and investigation, with sufficient consideration about characteristics of the virtual enterprise, lean construction and housing construction, this thesis postulates four dimensions for influencing factors of the LC implementing ability: Lean Construction process-capacity, human resource-organization management capacity, Network cooperative capacity and Lean culture capacity. Through EFA and CFA, a comparatively scientific and reasonable evaluation index system are proposedSubsequently, after clarified the evaluation meanings, this thesis introduces ANP-SPA method to evaluate LC implementing ability of housing virtual enterprise. Compared with tradition evaluation methods, determining weighters by ANP could fully consider the mutual influence among the index and expert experience, and evaluating by SPA method could reflect dynamic and uncertainty characteristics of LC implementing ability of housing virtual enterprise comprehensively and objectively. Moreover a case study verified feasibility and rationality of the above method.Evently, cultivating strategies of the Lean construction process-capacity, Human resource-organization management capacity, Network cooperative capacity and Lean culture capacity are discussed respectively. Then author interpreted the composite process of LC implementing ability of housing virtual enterprise by citing gene model in molecular biology. Through analysing nonequilibrium phase transition, broken symmetry and bifurcation & fluctuation, it is concluded that the effective approach to improve LC implementing ability is to organize the whole housing construction process-oriented virtual enterprise.
