With the knowledge era, knowledge innovation becomes inexhaustible source and motivation of the enterprise survival and development. The enterprises get continuous new vitality and seek sustainable development through knowledge innovations has become the advance academic research. Therefore, this paper study about dynamic evolution of knowledge innovation system and capacities of sustainable innovation, main contents and results are as follows:1. Based on the analysis of operation mechanism of knowledge innovation system, the paper uses super-cycle theory to analyze the dynamic evolution mechanism of knowledge innovation system, constructs a mathematical model of knowledge innovation based super-cycle and analyzes stability of the system evolution by Logistic equation. After these works, the paper has put forward the coupling theory with super-cycle theory and three-helix model for the first time to construct enterprise knowledge innovation system dynamic model. Moreover, the paper discusses the operation mechanism of the model structure conformed by the personal, team and organizational innovation spiral, which is described by spiral-dimension vertically and circulation-dimension horizontally. Finally, it studies the characteristics of the model in the basis of the understanding the model.2. The paper finds the importance of knowledge innovation capability to the development of knowledge-based enterprise, defines the enterprise knowledge innovation capability. According to the results of the questionnaire by gray clustering-maximum spanning tree method, we assembled the factors that influence the capability of knowledge innovation. It includes four dimensions: human resource, organizational structure, culture of innovation and innovation investment. Based on the analyzing of clustering, this study use attribute reduction function of rough set to delete redundant factors due to the interaction of the four dimensions is very complex. So the evaluation index system of knowledge innovation ability of knowledge-based enterprises was also build.3. The mechanisms that human resource, organizational structure, culture of innovation and innovation investment influence the development of knowledge innovation capacity were discussed. It includes the fundamental role of human resource, the promoting role of organization structural characteristics, the assistant role of innovation culture and the support role of innovation investment. Meanwhile, the knowledge person is the main role of knowledge innovation in knowledge-based enterprises was discussed through knowledge innovation based on human resource. By analyzing the interaction of these four factors, we conclude the inherent mechanism of knowledge innovation of knowledge-based enterprises; construct a knowledge innovation model of knowledge-based enterprises.4. Based on analysis of knowledge innovation capability of knowledge-based enterprise, we constructed Rough Set- particle swarm optimization neural network model. This study used a sample survey carried out the training and testing. It verified the effectiveness and superiority of this model through the comparison of neural network mode. The testing of examples proves the feasibility that uses the model to evaluate the ability of knowledge innovation. In addition, we found this model is current for resolving similar issues by change artificial neural network training samples and the parameters.
