A Screening Mechanism Research On Hatching Entry And Graduation Of Professional Technological Enterprise Incubator

Professional science-and-technology enterprise incubator is an inevitable stagefor the development of science-and-technology enterprise incubator. Base on this, it mainly expounds theprocedure and process of hatching entry and screening mechanism of incubators,constructs different hatching entry and screening indicator systems of incubators fordifferent enterprises. At the same time, the paper innovatively raises the "hatchingenterprises" as starting point to research incubators, deploys principal componentanalysis to sort the graduation indicator of various enterprises in order to research thecommon problems in the process of hatching enterprises by incubators. The full textcontains three parts, and could be summarized as follows:Chapter 2 and chapter 3 depict the basic meaning and functional mechanism ofprofessional technological incubator. The author sums up the relevant theories whichsupport the development of incubators, and describes the content, features anddevelopment stages of traditional incubators, and base on that, he analyses thecharacteristics, advantages and current problems of professional incubators andproposes the specific measures. The analysis mode of economics and management arealso applied to analyze the social public mechanism of professional technologicalincubator in-depth, including diffusion of technology, industry agglomeration, thecontribution of self-innovation, principle and criterion of becoming incubators andjointly development with enterprises.Chapter 4, 5 and 6 firstly analyze the mode of organization and operation ofprofessional technological enterprise incubator, and build a decent system mechanismand system dynamic mode of incubators. It carried out detailed analysis oninfluencing factors of operational mechanism, hatching entry and graduationmechanism, hatching mechanism, financing mechanism, and it evaluates theperformance of incubators, and vividly illustrates the practical applications of theconstruction and management of professional incubators.
