In 1999 it was promoted as the innovation center of provincial level. It was the first approved as innovation center of the national level in the entire provincial center in the same year in December by the national science and technology department authorization. I make a conclusion Jining innovation service center is at present the superiorly environment, the perfect facility, becoming important platform which the high tech achievement transform, making great contribution to the regional economy more and more. The inferiority lies in the hatching method and the hatching function is unitary, the channel of capital has not realized the socialized pattern, the driving mechanism lacks, the quality of staff wait for the enhancement.In draw up development-strategy of Jining innovation service center, on the base of long term and focusing on actual condition, from strengthening construction of management pattern and deepening construction of service connotation and building construction of hatching service platform and innovating construction of culture of incubator and so on, I elaborate strategic plan of Jining innovation service center, promoting scientific and stable and harmonious development of Jining innovation service center. |
