| The progress of R&D innovation is the chief drive to the development of society. Enterprise is not only the foundation of national economy but also the body of innovation under effect of the law of market economy. The innovation capability is the ultimate drive of the enterprise's development and the important factor to improve the national competitive power.Through the research of innovation theory, this dissertation will analyze the characteristic of the enterprise and identify the formation and essence of innovation capability. Combining the research of development program of R&D in Shanghai Airport Authrity, the dissertation will come up with the general method of the program. Besides, the dissertation set forth the key factors that influence on the innovation capability and conduct the R&D contribution rate calculation by Solow surplus values algorithm model. Futhermore, the evaluation model will be built to confirm the relations inside based on ANP.The dissertation also gives some advice to Shanghai Airport Authrity with the purpose of helping improve the enterprise's innovation capability. |
