Research On Formation,Evolution And Governance Of Miners' Violation Behaviors

Mine safety is the most important in mine industry, safety behavior is essential to mine worker,mine worker violation behavior is emphasized in the mine management,but in the view of safety it is not made much importance,and why did the mine worker violate work rules is not solved.So the study of mine worker violation behavior has theory and realism importance.Firstly,the identity of mine worker violation behavior.Contents analysis method, statistical analysis method and fault tree analysis are used to analyze violation behavior records and accident report,mine worker violation behavior group factor are concluded.Fuzzy grey correlation analysis is used to analyzed above violation behavior factors,the factors are sorted by influences form bigger to smaller as follows:organization environment,personal feature,behavior environment,facility environment,working environment and social environment.Second,the mine worker violation behavior formation mechanism is studied.The model mine worker violation behavior based theory of planned behavior is induced by adding past behavior and risk tendency variables,the mine worker violation behavior mode is formed. The results of empirical study based SEM(Structured Equation Modeling)with questionnaire data showed behavior attitude,subjective norm,behavior control cognition and risk tendency variable have marked impaction on behavioral intention,behavior attitude have more impaction of behavior intention,subjective norm and action passed affect behavior intension indirectly.Third,mine worker violation evolutive mechanism is studied further by using evolutionary game theory.The variables of evolutionary game of mine worker behavior and the game part behavior evolutionary strategy are studied in the condition of supervision and not,The conclusion includes:Augment safety worker income and prohibit violation behavior worker income;Increase punishment for violation behavior;Increase violation behavior mine worker negative incomes which includes psychology and physiology;Enhance safety manager inspection potency etc. Those measure help mine worker violation behavior converts to safety behavior.Finally,the thesis gives strategy to manage mine worker violation behavior,the strategy includes forming safety behavior habits,cumulation safety behavior inwards and cumulation violation behavior punishment,mine worker training and integrity safety party construction.
