Research On Miners' Deliberate Violation Behavior Intention Based On Theory Of Planned Behavior

Miners'deliberate violation behavior has been major cause of coal mine accidents. To further explain and predict deliberate violation behavior intention of miners and develop feasible intervention strategies, use theory of planed behavior (TPB) as the basic theoretical framework to construct a hypothesis model on influence factor of deliberate violation behavior intention including past behavior and descriptive norm. Stratified sampling and random sampling are adopted together, 412 miners complete eligible questionnaires. Hypothesis model is tested through structural equation model. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Make questionnaire of deliberate violation behavior intention's influence factor. The questionnaire has high reliability and validity and can be used to measure deliberate violation behavior intention's influence factor.(2) Analyze the differences of individual background variables in deliberate violation behavior intention and influence factors.Age, post working-year, educational level and marital status have difference influence of different degrees on deliberate violation behavior intention and influence factors.(3) Construct relational model of deliberate violation behavior intention's influence factor based on TPB. Relational model has some explanatory power. TPB has certain applicability for research on miners'deliberate violation behavior intention.The attitude on violation, perceived behavioral control and descriptive norm have significantly directly affected deliberate violation behavior intention; subject norm has no direct effect on deliberate violation behavior intention; subject norm and past behavior both have an indirect positive influence on deliberate violation behavior intention by affecting attitude.(4) Put forward intervention measures of deliberate violation behavior of miners.Including set up miners'integrity file,carry out reverse-monitoring institution, build video surveillance system and defense organization,construct safety mutual team, implement reward and punishment mechanism on the basis of secure savings.
