Based on industry life cycle theory, theory of industry and the evolution of industrial structure, and urban and industrial life cycle hypothesis of interaction by selecting the characteristics of the industrial structure characterized by the entropy index, gray correlation coefficient, the rate of change of industrial structure, industrial structure coefficient, the industrial structure Deviate from the index and the industrial structure shift - share index on the city of Xinjiang oil and gas characteristics of the city's industry structure was summarized and analyzed. On this basis, the main factor analysis by GPCA, select the Logistic Growth Curve model, using multiple linear regression analysis of the evolution of the structure of oil and gas industry in Xinjiang was the dynamic description of the path, and measure the dynamic evolution equation of its industrial structure. The results show that:(1) Xinjiang oil and gas industry structure consistent with the evolution paths of the general law of evolution of industry, the evolution of industrial structure there is its particularity; (2) the development of urban industrial economy mainly relies on secondary industries to promote, followed by the third Industry pulling; (3) oil and gas in Xinjiang,2000-2009 The Evolution of Industrial Structure shown is "U"-type open structure, economic structure, industry evolution is in its life cycle, rapid growth stage, showing a general evolution path of Similarity; (4) Evolution of the Industrial Structure of Xinjiang oil and gas path Logistic Growth Curve of different growth rates, industry and urban life cycle life cycle to the path is not synchronized. Through the above analysis shows that stable oil and gas resources in Karamay exploitation phase, a pillar industry by the oil and gas industry and other industries posed by oil and gas related, but the city's overall industrial structure is in a period of rapid growth, its growth has slowed; Karamay mainly Secondary industry to promote industrial industry forward the rapid development of urban economy, as a typical manufacturing-oil and gas extractive industry development. Korla City, progressive increase in the production phase of oil and gas resources, industry structure has shown signs of industry from one dollar to diversity. Urban economic development depends mainly on the second extractive industries of oil and gas industry, which contributed to the overall industrial structure of Korla city rapid growth of the oil and gas extraction- Manufacturing development.Oil and gas development in the city has its own special laws of the city in the oil and gas processing, oil and gas exploration and development of related industries to a certain period, to be timely and appropriate training and development of alternative industries continue to achieve scientific development of the urban economy. PDCL alternative industries through the use of selected model, the city's leading oil and gas in Xinjiang, a continuation of Potential Leading Industry for the selection of the city of Xinjiang oil and gas industry's current and long-term economic development priorities were analyzed and summarized. Select the results are as follows:Karamay period of stability in the oil and gas exploration, select the dominant industry is oil and gas mining and related intermediate products manufacturing, dive guide is the primary manufacturing industries. Korla City in the early stage oil and gas development of the city, select the leading oil and gas industry is associated with the mining industry, the intermediate goods industry, deep processing and manufacturing and primary manufacturing industry is a potential lead-related oil and gas resources in non-primary manufacturing, intermediate goods Manufacturing, processing industry and tertiary industry.
