Study On The Influence Of Resource-based City Industrial Structure Evolution To The Construction Industry

Currently, resource-based cities are entering into the critical period of adjustment of industry structure,it is the key point which is directly affect the development of construction industry.This paper is in reference on the basis of predecessor’ research results,taking Yulin city as an example,from two dimensions of rationalization and high-level industrial structure to analyze the related indicators effects of the evolution of the industrial structure for the construction industry,and gives suggestions for the sustainable development of the construction of Yulin city.This paper deals with resources city cycle theory,industrial structure evolution theory,rationalization and high-level industrial structure theory etc on the basis of firstly studying the internal industrial structure of the three times industry evolution of Yulin city,which including the first, second and third industry internal evolution trend of the industry;second and third industry internal evolution trend of the industry.Secondly,it analyzes the evolution of the construction of the industrial structure of Yulin city,including:longitudinal analysis,rationalization and high-level industrial structure analysis and deviation analysis;Then qualitatively analyzed the relationship between the evolution of industrial structure and the construction, and through the literature survey method and the optimum selection of construction related index with analytic hierarchy process, to select the construction output value, national employment, labor productivity, as well as completion area as the judge impact indicators. Finally by establishing multiple regression model and use the method of the causality test, from the perspectives of high-level industrial structure rationalization quantitatively to analyze whether having effects on the related index for constructionindustry.In this paper, the research has shown that resource-based city of Yulin of its evolution of the industrial structure has impacts on the construction industry output value, national employment, labor productivity and completion area, and the impacts are significant. Increasing the degree of rationalization and high-level industrial structure is conducive to the sustainable development of construction industry.Therefore, we should speed up the evolution of resource-based cities of its industrial structure and the urban infrastructure construction, attach great importance to the improvement of construction industry competitiveness, at the same time, the government should also strengthen the supervision and management of the construction.
