Research On Re-structuring And Upgrading Of Enterprise Cluster Value Chains Under The Condition Of The Network Economy

After the first 10 years of the 21st century exploring and practicing, the network economy has already become a trend, which has a deep effect on state economy, society, management etc. After 30 years development of the Chinese economy, mainly used the "gap" advantage brought by system and policy reformation and resource development, greatly emancipating people's minds, and creating a huge economic power, but needless to say, with the disappearance of the gap advantage and improvement of the resource restraint degree, The Chinese economy must find a new way if she wants to achieve the new breakthroughs.As the intermediate form between the enterprise and the market----China enterprise cluster has become an important part of the national economy after years of exploration, and also be the important mark of the Chinese economy in the international competitiveness. But meanwhile, China's enterprise cluster faces more problems and bottlenecks in the further development. Transforming, rebuilding and upgrading the value chain of China enterprise cluster and hastening China sustainable development of "Trillion" cluster with the concept, model and means of network economy will be the important issue of China future economy development in the next 30 years.This article makes the economy as the perspective, systematically referring to the theory and analytical method of industrial economics, combining the normative research with the case studies, which researches on re-structuring and upgrading value chains of enterprise cluster under the condition of the network economy.First, sorted out the relevant literature at home and abroad. The research of enterprise cluster can be grouped as follows: space geographic school, efficiency increasing school, economies of scale school etc, most of them do not broken through the bound of the traditional areas of traditional economics. This article has broaden the research field and research space of the value chains of enterprise cluster that based on the research achievement of the network economy.Second, on the basis of researching predecessor's achievement, this article gives the related definition of the enterprise cluster, value chains and the network economy, which defined as a super large trans-regional, multi-industry enterprise group centered with the core enterprises, and relying on the specific object(resource or brand), integrates the production, circulation and consumption as the whole. On this basis, I research China historical vicissitude of enterprise cluster and classify them into four groups"government-owned cluster"during the Warring States Period ,"Shanxi merchants cluster"during Ming and Qing Dynasty,"Jiangzhe cluster"centered with Medium and small enterprises, and"e-commerce cluster"represented by Alibaba.Third, starting from the own needs of enterprise cluster and the national condition, analyzing and demonstrating the inter mechanics of enterprise value chains with the thoughts of the network economy , the article sets up a model of a enterprise cluster's evolution both in the information and practice. Then article sums up four types of enterprise clusters and gives a comprehensive interpretation of that model. Based on the demonstration, this article gives four kinds of model of upgrading value chains of enterprise cluster. That is : "triangular form" , "olive form'', " dumbbell form " and "network form" of the value chains. The "endogenous-style" upgrading model is represented by " dumbbell form'' and "network form "tallies with the actual situation of China and the future development needs.Fourth,this article , according to the principle of"comes from practice, and goes back to practice"and with the advantages of practice ,makes an empirical research on the value chains of network , and tries to set up an general microcosmic template based on the e-business and modern logistics in e-business and offers a road for the enterprise cluster upgrading to a higher grade, provides the new paradigm to the development of China enterprise cluster.Finally, according to the practice needs, this article shows many policy suggestions including: The point of strength of "Adjustable Structure '' is that the value chains of the enterprise cluster rebuilding and upgrading to the high end; Building the cooperative credit economy and the win-win social culture; With the reasonable layout in East-west , and relying on the network method to realize the balanced development of the enterprise cluster in the geographic region.The innovation of this article includes: on the basis of referring to the authoritarian theories of the network economy, to offer the referred analytical framework of the information interdependency and entity interdependency of enterprise cluster , and based on the study of authoritarian theories reveals the inter mechanism of the value chains in the network economy time. Based on the global vision, it sets up four kinds of models of upgrading values chains, which not only reflect the value chains historical vicissitude but also proceed from China's realities. Combine theory with practice, puts the enterprise value chains into interprets to form the value chains of network value form, set up an upgrading model for the Chinese enterprise clusters. Such suggestions are targeted and shows the reference value.
