State theory is Marx's lifelong wish to complete one's work. Back in the early1840s, during the studyperiod for the first time on his political economy in Paris, he once wrote a report on " the draft plan ofworks of the modern state." In "five plan" and "six plan" of the "Critique of Political Economy"formed between1857-1858, Marx had intended to "nation" as a separate "chapter" or "book." But,unfortunately, until the death of Marx, he too did not complete the program. In this program, Marx initially set "sub-chapter" plan according to the logical order from "the abstractto the concrete". The outline of this plan are as follows:(1) General provisions of the abstract→(2) toform the scope of the internal structure of bourgeois society and the basis for the basic class→(3)general of bourgeois society in the country's form→(4) international relations of production→(5) theworld market and crises. In this way, Marx build a structure of the huge system of political economytheory, in accordance with the logical order from the abstract to the concrete, from simple to complex, from general to specific to the individual, from a country within to a country without, from thenation-state to the whole world market, from the world market and crises to the transition to the newmode of production. The theory of the State plays an important role in the whole system, both as asummary on the national form of a matter of economics bourgeois society, but also for the transition ofstudy from one country to the world-wide range in the analysis of the bourgeois economic system. The analysis of the national origin under Marxist economics perspective must be understood inaccordance with the basic principles of historical materialism, from human material production andlife to private property (ie, alienation) and the class birth. Inspection to evolutional law and historyform of the state are required under framework of productivity-production-exchange relationship tostudy," and society→state→society" is the general laws of the country's development, with theperformance of each stage having a specific historical form. The nature of the country is a kind ofsocial exchange relations and form of interaction decided by certain social mode of production andreflecting this mode of production, being one aspect of this mode of production. Marxist state theory is"society-state" concept based on the society, different from "individuals-state" concept of thebourgeois state theory built on the basis of individualism. The nature of state determines the duality ofstate functions, the socio-economic management functions of capitalist state often serve the functionsof the rule, and the socialist countries achieve return from the functions of rule to the social andeconomic management functions. The capitalist mode of production, from the establishment of to the development, never left the roleof the state. In capitalist society, the state as a " summary of bourgeois society at the national form",reflects and maintains the whole capitalist social relations of production, and all its acts start with thepurpose of the capital proliferation: from its "most cruel of violence "and other" social focus oforganized violence ", vigorously promoting the process of change from the feudal mode of production to the capitalist mode of production, shortening the transition time, promoting capital accumulation; tothe protection of private property under the conditions of capitalism, promoting the production andrealization of surplus value, blocking profit margins decline, have left the mark of"economic power"of this kind of state violence. The state, led by the capital, made vigorously enclosure movement, topromote feudal land conversion to capitalism real estate and accelerate the separation process withinland and labor, maintained the capitalist system of land ownership and rent to protecte and evenencourage speculation in real estate prices and at the same time helped the development of capitalistagriculture to ensure the reproduction of labor and low prices; In the country's relations with wagelabor, the state, as "the ideal total capitalist", in maintaining and expanding the relationship betweencapital and wage labor in both production and reproduction played the role which can not be replacedby market and individual enterprises; in the country's external economic relations, the capitalistcountries, in order to win a favorable international trade environment, made full use of state power torace competition, and used interchangeably free trade and tariff protection policies in accordance withinternational and domestic different stages of economic development; in the world market, countriesbourgeois appeared,by "national"(Land) and "national"(Nation) status, to form and expand it as a"producer of international relations' role in promoting capitalism "global full-scale production"(that is,economic globalization), which leads to a global world market crisis and bankruptcy of the capitalist"rational" state, and the crisis gave birth to transition of the capitalist mode of production to a newmode of production. In the process of establishment of the socialist mode of production, the violent revolution, just as the"midwife" in the process of establishing of the capitalist mode, will too act as a "midwife" role inwhich to seize and control of state power belongs to the key points. The state power of dictatorship ofthe proletariat, in essence,"is not the original sense of the country," but has been with the "semi-state"in nature, so its functions should be based mainly on socio-economic management and service. Thedevelopment and improvement of the socialist mode of production, and its transition to the communistmode of production is a long process, in which the role of state power can be gave full play. Onehand, state power still has items of class functions to maintain national security, the basic socialisteconomic and political system and social order; the other hand, the main task should be moved toemancipate and develop productive forces of socialist society, to develop the socialist social andeconomic relations. In short, by playing the role of state power to promote great development of thesocialist productive forces and production relations, and actively move to communism, and ultimatelythe "human liberation."...
