With the increasingly fierce market competition and rapidly developed science and technology, today enterprises must rely on their own core technology and constant technology innovation, Strengthen technological innovation management and maintain their competitiveness can they win in the competition. While influence factors of enterprise technology innovation and the relationship between them is a kind of complex fuzzy relations, which can't be simply expressed by the traditional social network, thus adopting fuzzy mathematics theory to improve social network analysis, constructing the basic theory and method system of fuzzy social network analysis and applying them to enterprise technology innovation factors analysis, which provides a new technology support to enterprise technological innovation management, which is an exploratory and innovative research certainly worth attention, Showing the remarkable theory and practical value.Based on reviewing the origin, meaning, related theory, framework of social network analysis and research status of its application in technology innovation, explore fuzzy social network theory by means of documentation, research method, exploratory research and fuzzy social network analysis, construct the basic theory and analysis method of fuzzy social network analysis, and apply them to the study of enterprise technology innovation influence factors. This paper has eight chapters, and divided into six parts.Part one is chapter one. This part mainly introduces the research backgrounds and puts forward the subject, expounds the significance of this paper, introduces the research content and research method, states the technical route, straightens out the logical structure and content framework and refines the innovation points.Part two is chapter two. This part firstly introduces social network analysis from four aspects of the origin, meaning, related theory viewpoint and the framework; then introduces the application of social network analysis in technology innovation field from the aspects of the meaning of technology innovation and technology innovation networks; finally, basing on the analysis of social network, expounds fuzzy social network analysis from three aspects of the formation and development, research status and the existing limitations, and future prospects.Part three includes chapter three, chapter four, chapter five and chapter six. This part gives the definition of fuzzy social network and related basic concepts, and fuzzy social network analysis method is constructed. Chapter three is the definition and properties of fuzzy social network analysis based on fuzzy figure. Chapter four is centrality analysis of fuzzy social network. Chapter five is position analysis of fuzzy social network. Chapter six is structural hole analysis of fuzzy social network.Part four is chapter seven. Firstly builds a three-dimensional structure model of enterprise technology innovation elements based on state and potential, through which 37 elements are summarized. And then, enterprise fuzzy technology innovation elements network is defined in theory, and the 37 elements and their relations are sure through expert questionnaire survey, thus establishing enterprise fuzzy technology innovation network, laying foundation for the coming enterprise technology innovation elements analysis.Part five is chapter eight. According to the fuzzy social network analysis method introduced in part three, analyses the fuzzy centrality, fuzzy position and fuzzy structural hole of the enterprise fuzzy technology innovation elements network built in part four.Part six is summary and prospect. This part summaries the whole text and puts forward the inadequacies and prospect of further study.Innovation points of this paper concluded to the following four points.First, in respect of topic:applies fuzzy social network analysis, improves social network analysis method, expands the deterministic relationship between the actors for fuzzy relations, the basic theory and system of fuzzy social network are constructed systematically. This topic is an exploratory research in home, and also refining, improvement and perfection on foreign research on related research.Second, in respect of basic theory:Defines a series of basic concept, such as fuzzy social network, fuzzy social network density, fuzzy union strength, strong fuzzy relations, weak fuzzy relations, fuzzy node centrality, fuzzy position centrahty, fuzzy closeness centrality, fuzzy structural hole, etc. Among them, the definition of fuzzy union strength describes the effective union relationship between the actors of fuzzy social network, and the calculation method of matrix strength union is given, which can describe the effective union relationship between any two actors of the fuzzy social networks, providing effective analysis methods to the study of relationship between the actors. The definition of the concepts above lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of fuzzy social network analysis.Third, in respect of research methods:Constructs the fuzzy social network analysis system, including fuzzy social network centrality analysis, fuzzy social network position analysis and fuzzy social network structural hole analysis. Among them, the constructed fuzzy social network structural hole analysis method first puts forward and defines the social network structure hole based on the definition of fuzzy structural hole, which breaks through the definition under the current structural hole theory that just from the consideration of local network, namely the limitations of just describes the influence situation of the actors to the other two actors'union, instead of the whole network union. In practice, describes the influence degree of the actors to the whole network union by the number that the actors occupied, base on which key and general fuzzy social network structural hole are defined, and through the definition and identification of fuzzy social network outlier and island, specific algorithm for the number of fuzzy structural hole the actors occupy is designed. We can say, whether the basic concept definition or application method of the establishment of structural hole analysis, it is innovation to the social network analysis structural hole theory.Last, in respect of practical application:designs a three-dimensional structure model of enterprise technology innovation elements based on state and potential, constructs an enterprise fuzzy technology innovation elements network setting enterprise technology innovation influence factors system for actors, and using fuzzy social network analysis method to study the influence factors of enterprise technology innovation. Applying fuzzy social network analysis method to study the influence factors of enterprise technology innovation can analyse the structure relationship between each factor, and analyse their influence degree and importance to enterprise technology innovation through the mastering the characteristics of each factors in the relationship structure network, which breaks through the limitations that commonly used methods can hardly describe and express the complex relationship between the elements, thus the theory essence "system components is mutual influence and work together in overall system" is fully embodied.The theory research results in this paper provide a new analysis method and management tool for enterprise management decision, the application of the results can be used as reference for enterprise technology innovation management, which are of great significance to both the development of social network analysis theory and enterprise technology innovation management.
