Research On The Mechanism Of Action Of Network Position Embedding And Relation Embedding To Enterprise Innovation

With the progress of Internet technology and popularization,China's traditional manufacturing industry suffered an unprecedented bottleneck of the development,especially the small and medium-sized enterprises clusters which have a low-end of information technology lever.Under the background of American industrial Internet,German industry 4 and China successively put forward the "Made in China 2025" plan,how small and medium-sized enterprises clusters through independent innovation,break out and implement cluster upgrading has become the focus of widespread attention in theoretical and practical circles at present.Based on small and medium-sized industrial clusters as the research sample,this paper revolves around the research topic of how firms by netting with other enterprises inside the cluster to improve their innovation performance,through on-the-spot interview and questionnaire,make a empirical analysis of the shaoxing textile,Shaoxing printing and dyeing,Yongkang doors and windows and Cixi small household electrical appliances four industry cluster,found that the Degree centrality has positive influence of enterprise's exploitation and exploratory innovation;Structural holes has positive influence on exploratory innovation of enterprises,but the positive influence to the exploitation innovation of the enterprise is not significant;The degree centrality have more positive influence to the exploitation innovation of the enterprise than the structural holes,and the structural holes have more positive influence to the exploratory innovation of the enterprise than the degree centrality.There is a positive correlation relationship between the relational embedding strength and the exploitation innovation of the enterprise,but the negative correlation relationship of the relational embedding strength and the exploratory innovation of the enterprise as put forward in the hypothesis is not be verified.Relational embedding strength has a positive adjustment between the relationship of the degree centrality and exploitation innovation,and the structural holes and exploitation innovation,also has a negative adjustment between the relationship of the degree centrality and exploitation innovation.Research conclusion of this paper is not only enrich the concept of the views ofnetwork density with structure holes and the paradox of advantage between strong and weak relations,and raise a new idea that in the position full of structural holes,the stronger the relational embedding,the higher performance improvement of the exploratory innovation on the level of theory.Also in practice provide a reference for enterprise cluster to seek how to get a position embedding and relational embedding between the environment,strategy and the exploitation and exploratory innovation of enterprise,especially how to choose a appropriate network relationship to improve the exploratory innovation performance of enterprises in the center of different degree centrality and structure hole.provide a new angle of view innovation dilemma for the traditional manufacturing industry cluster through innovative difficulties by network behavior.
