In the context of economic globalization, the role of knowledge economy linkstechnological standardization, technological innovation and economic growth increasinglyclosely. Scientific and technological strength of the country not only represents a country'scomprehensive national strength, but also becomes an important force to promote theireconomic growth and competitive advantage in the international market. Moreover,technological standardization strategy is an important means of market competitionaccording to the international trade rules. China is in a crucial period of deepening reformand building a moderately prosperous society, and a large number of resources and energyconsumption had a profound impact on the environment and climate, which requires thechange from extensive mode of growth to environmental and resource-friendly andsustainable mode of economic growth to build a harmonious society. It has put forwardhigher requirements for technological standardization and technological innovation, andthis is the context of the study undertaken.1. Existing theoriesTechnological, economic and social development is an important research direction oftechnological economics. Current research is still a lack of clarity of the more macrointeraction mechanism and the empirical research of technological standardization withtechnological innovation and economic growth. The volatility, linear or nonlinearrelationship, development level and speed of the three and our country's performance needto be studied and confirmed. Therefore, this article will focus on the relationships oftechnological standardization and economic growth, technological standardization andtechnological innovation, as well as the relationship between these three. And this article isno longer repetitive research on the relationship between technological innovation and economic growth which has been much research related.2. Theories relatedThis paper summarizes and analyzes the theory of technological innovation andstandardization, sociological theory and the firm theory to build the theoretical basis for theresearch below.3.Theoretical research on the relationship of technological standardization withtechnological innovation and economic growthThe analysis of the relationship of technological standardization and technologicalinnovation includes the function, role and links of the technological standardization andtechnological Innovation of the subjects, as well as the relationship between the inside andoutside powers of technological standardization and innovation process regardingenterprises as the main carrier, and thus establishing the network layer, the value layer andthe knowledge layer as three analysis levels to discuss the impact of technologicalstandardization on the level and process of technological innovation, as well as the role oftechnological innovation to accelerate standardization upgrading and process. On this basis,the article finds interaction and integration between internal dynamics of the technologicalstandardization and technological innovation, and describes the systematic driving forcecaused by multi-agents in technological standardization and innovation network on thetechnological standardization and innovation, and the impact of the common roletechnological standardization and innovation on enterprises.The analysis of the relationship of technological standardization and economic growthincludes the impact of technological standardization on economic growth speed and qualityfrom technological innovation, international trade and standards, as well as the impact ofeconomic growth speed and quality on technological standardization in the process ofeconomic growth structural and pattern change, and reflects the interaction between thetwo by international standards adoption rate of our GB standards and real GDP changes,the relationship between the standard distribution of technology and economic growththrough the standard distribution of several major countries including China, and theinterrelationship between our technological standardization and economic growth throughseveral examples above.4. Measurement on the relationship of technological standardization with technological innovation and economic growthRelationship corresponding to the theoretical study, this paper determines themeasurement research ideas, measuring technological standardization with technologicalinnovation and economic growth as well as the relationship between the three by usingmathematical models to supple the above research. Furthermore, the paper uses ourcountry's the number of patents, the stock of effective national technical standards measureanalysis of and real GDP values from 1985 to 2007 on behalf of the status of technologicalstandardization, technological innovation and economic growth, by using the initial valuerepresentative of the level of development and the growth rate representative ofdevelopment speed to make correlation analysis, Granger causality test, multiple linearregression analysis, impulse response function and variance decomposition analysis basedon the VAR model.Measurement conclusions mainly include: First, the relationship of technologicalstandardization and technological innovation is shown as followed: on the speed ofdevelopment, the speed of development of technological standardization results from thespeed of technological innovation which is more important and the speed of early stage oftechnological standardization, and on the development level, technological standardizationand technological innovation are mutually casual relationships and need a certainadaptation period for reinforcing mutually, and the role of technological innovation is moresustained and important for technology standardization. Second, technological innovationand the quality of the technological standardization are corrected, so it is more reasonableto add the role of technological innovation in the relationship of technologicalstandardization and economic growth. Third, the relationship of technologicalstandardization, v innovation and economic growth in our country shows: the developmentspeeds of the three are mutually causal and promotion, and maintain their own law ofdevelopment, however, technological standardization and technological innovation aremore active, and the role of technological innovation is more obvious.5. CountermeasuresCountermeasures should combine the literature review, the above findings andperformance of technological standardization, technological innovation and economicgrowth in China. Different action periods, reaction speed and frequency of the interactive relationship of causality and contribution between technological standardization,technological innovation and economic growth in China require countermeasures to respectthe laws of development in all aspects to coordinate mutual relations, make the economycontinues to reasonable growth and seize the role in promoting technological innovation,while not pursuing economic growth alone. This requires long-term scientific plan oftechnological innovation and standardization, a common platform of interaction for allaspects, the construction of institutional, policy and law and specific measures andsolutions to make technological innovation and technological standardization interactivefaster and more comprehensive to enhance close contact between the two. We also shouldlearn from the experience on technological innovation and technological standardization ofother advanced technology or developed countries or regions, and strengthen technologicalinnovation and technological standardization education to raise the awareness ofenterprises and nationals.To sum up, the article studies the interaction mechanism of technologicalstandardization, technological innovation and economic growth in theory, makescountermeasures according to the measurement research results with our data, and hopesthat this study has certain theoretical and practical significance.
