Study On Choice Of China Circular Economy Industrial Implement Carrier

Circular economy is the only way to realize sustainable development in China, ho wever, when circular economy enters a new stage of industrialization, it must break th e concept characterized by pure material close loop, namely eco-industrial park (EIP), in order to play its vitality. That is to say, from more open view, circular economy i ndustrialization needs to break the limitation of industry and region for establishing ad vantages of scale economy in most crucial links of its industrial chains. Therefore, the industrialization development of China circular economy should find the implement ca rrier to meet national conditions and law of industrial development, and clear its speci fic operating mechanism in practice.Centering on study of choosing circular economy industrialization in China, first, this paper employs grounded theory and DEMATEL mathematical model to analyse th e influence degree between the "implement carrier" and China circulation economy, to clear the relationship between the "implement carrier" and other factors, and to identi fy the basis of evaluation and choice of implement carrier. Second, uses the comparati ve method to compare China and typical western developed countries in terms of the circular economy industrialization and implement carrier, to point out the carrier invest ors attribute of China circular economy industrialization. Third, applies the quantitative analytic hierarchy process (Ahp) and qualitative comparison methods to analyse enter prises organization form of China circular economic industrialization implement carrier. To be concluded, the paper explores that in the proces s of China circular economy industrialization development,"large state-owned enterpris e group", propelled by national capital, cored with "property tie", through combination of industry and finance, implement cross-region and cross-industry development to eff ectively resolve the problems of externality, scarcity, profitability and stability.degrade related costs of products and services, establish both cost and size advantages in the process of industrialization development,thus promote the realization of circular econo my industrialization development..
