Housing is the most basic needs of every citizen, and housing is also the common aspiration of mankind, so residence will be taken for granted by contemporary sociologists as an important part of civil rights. Meanwhile, housing plays a very important role n a country's industrialization and urbanization. The basic reason why the protection of housing happened is due to accelerated development of urbanization and industrialization, industrial and high concentration of population in cities, resulting in the huge demand of urban land and housing supply to human. he absolute shortage of housing supply has been revealed resulted in rising in land prices and housing prices.In recent years, the trends become more powerful, and ultimately beyond the affordability of low-income families, creating the contradictions between housing affordability of a low-income urban households and housing prices with appropriate standard. So how to solve the problem difficult to housing of low-income people in cities through affordable housing is urgent.This most important work of this paper includes two aspects as follows:(1) based on the "Home Ownership" mentality, according to the demand for affordable housing in Kunming and measurement of the security demand of Kunming, drawing on the2*2*2equilibrium model of economics, constructed the configuration model of affordable housing in the center of the less developed areas, and take KunMing for example, prop up an empirical study, received some related data about the ratio of affordable house and commercial housing and the ratio of price.;(2) According to the results of previous studies,proposed some advice about measures of optimize the investment structure of affordable housing in less developed areas. Specifically includes the security system of affordable housing, optimize the funding sources of affordable housing and measures of affordable housing in structural optimization adjustments.For more in-depth study the law of development and optimizing the direction of investment structure, in addition to the above two outside of work, the paper also made other efforts:(1) described the the theory of structural optimization of affordable housing in regional central cities;(2) Construct a related model to measure the demand and the number of affordable housing of Kunming;(3) Comparative analysis of Chongqing, Wuhan, Kunming in transverse;(4) analyze and learn from experience of optimization of affordable housing in foreign counties.This paper draws on modern Western economics, management, housing theories, especially modern investment theory as a theoretical tool of, using the combination empirical analysis and normative analysis, induction and deduction, dynamic and static. Establishing the analytical framework, using field research, statistical methods and equilibrium model to carry out empirical research and countermeasures research.
