Research On Distribution Resources Value Evaluation Technology And Distribution Models

As the developing of market economy and modern enterprise management, it's an important topic for enterpirses to improve their operational efficiency and distribution practice. We need to take smallest business units in enterprise resources that connect human and things as the research object to construct suitable, serviceable and effective distribution system, provide sustainable talented person safeguards for enterprise strategy executions, operation and development based on those enterprise management characteristics in market conditions.This paper aims at enterprises in transition period and brings up the system design framework of enterprise distribution system by introducing economics, management and psychology theories to enterprise distribution system research. It explains the root cause of salary differences for different groups of people in enterprise and determinant in salary distribution by a comparative research on the "Fairness and Efficiency" problem in enterprise salary distribution. At the same time, it brings up Binary Salry Distribution Model based on distribution resources value evaluation and Incentive Model based on efficiency, applys DEA method to make a comprehensive evaluation for the efficiency of different distirbugion models in order to provide different salary distribution models for different enterprises in transition period. It also constructs the distribution resources value evaluation model based on structual formular and fuzzy sysnthetic, distribution resources correlation model based on factors analysis and clustering combinatorial optimization, analyses the matching relationship and interactions between effecience-oriented incentive model and distribution resources. The core research goal of this paper are fair distribution and the sustainable development of the enterprises.The value of the research on distribution in this paper is the innovations in research method and the application of research results. It mainly develops the research work and technological innovations by research content as below.(1) It explains the root cause of salary differences for different groups of people in enterprise and determinant in salary distribution by a comparative research on the "Fairness and Efficiency" problem in enterprise salary distribution. At the same time, it brings up Binary Salry Distribution Model based on distribution resources value evaluation and Incentive Model based on efficiency.(2) This paper demonstrates that pointfactor method is suitable for constructing distribution resources value evaluation model in enterprises. It brings up a new distribution resources value evaluation model based on pointfactor method and builds a structural equation model to identify the weight of evaluation factors. It also brings up a operational and reliable "12-steps" evaluation work procedures which stresses the procedure of full participation and reduces the subjectivity in evaluation in order to make the result of evaluation more accurate, more reasonable and more reliable.(3) In order to resolve the incentive problems of key resources, it brings up the construction of distribution system based on resources correlation model, analyses the matching relationship and interactions between enterprise distribution model and resouces. At the same time, it applys the methods of factors analysis and clustering combinatorial optimization to improve the accuracy of the evalution results.(4) It applys DEA method to make a comprehensive evaluation for the efficiency of different distirbugion models in order to provide different salary distribution models for different enterprises in transition period.(5) It introduces the efficiency distribution theory to research the value determination of core resources in enterprise and provides the pricing fundamentals for their market value by constructing the efficiency distribution model.
