The Exploring On The Content Structure And The Influence Factor Model Of Entrepreneurial Professionalism

With the development and improvement of the market economy, the entrepreneur plays a very improvement role in economic development. The entrepreneurial professionalism is put forward in the 16th party's session, management ability as an element has residual claimant right and participate to corporate allocate. This is the theoretical base for Chinese entrepreneurial professionalism. Therefore, the systematic study on entrepreneurial professionalism thoroughly has great theoretical and practical significance.Based on literature research, the items of entrepreneurial professionalism content structure and influence factor are collected through open questionnaire, and the models of which are constructed in the paper.The positive research shows that Chinese entrepreneurial professionalism content structure is consisted of five factors. They are normative entrepreneur market mechanism, good entrepreneur occupation quality, right institution environment, reasonable property relation and scientific corporate governance structure, abundance purchasing- entrepreneur and selling-entrepreneur market. Through confirmatory factor analysis, we find that the five-factor model above is an ideal model of Chinese entrepreneurial professionalism content structure.Chinese entrepreneurial professionalism is influenced by five factors, such as low entrepreneur quality, inefficient entrepreneurial market, bad law situation, unreasonable property structure, incomplete corporate governance, bad private enterprise society environment. Through confirmatory factor analysis, we find that the five-factor model above is an ideal model of Chinese entrepreneurial professionalism influence factor.Based on our study, we put forward five-point policy suggestion in order to speed Chinese entrepreneurial professionalism process.
