Development Study, Based On The Trade Association Of The Organizational Change Perspective

To some extent, the development process of human society is the process of emergence, development and changes of all kinds of social institutions and organizations. Therefore, studying the institution, organization and their changes mechanism is a window or a key to comprehend human social development It is also the reason why Institutional Economics and Transitional Economics become ever increasing popular in recent years. As an important content of Institutional and Transitional Economics, the theory of institutional and organizational changed both the challenge and the intrinsic requirement of bringing forth new ideas, and yet, institution changes and structure transformation, along with remodeling the organization structure of society, changing social organization which arising there from claim objectively to formulate and implement effective policy.The thorough theoretical research of industry association, which regarded as a comparatively special economic organization has quite important practical significance both to the theoretical research of social institution and organization as well as to the market oriented reform and economic structure transformations.The dissertation attempts to put forward a theoretical structure from the new point of view of organizational changes, and accordingly, tries to observe and study the historical process of the structure changes of industry association, more over, tries to analysis the organization changes of industry association substantially in China especially in the period of structure transformation, besides, the paper also put forward the basic train of thought that promote the development of industry association.In terms of constructing the theory, the paper observed on the basis of a summary of documents that organization changes is the new visual angel of studding the industry associations compared with the research content and the angel of view. In the first place, the paper analyzes the definition, the attribute and function of organizations applying the theory of Institution Economics and Transitional Economics, and then, it point out that the basic economic function of the industry association is reducing the deal cost and raising efficiency of the deal in the economy of division of labor and specialization. On the basis of this, the thesis put forward an organization changes model of industry association whose basic character is "rational evolution", and then the paper analyzes the motivation of organization changes comprehensively in the light of organizational attributes of industry organization which shows the economic character and the features of nongovernmental mass organization, medium, industry, autonomy and so on. Then, proceeding from defining the concept of industry association, the paper raise a theoretical structure oforganization changes of industry association, in which including the organizational attributes and function, methods, mechanism and reasons of organization changes of industry association.In terms of the applying and the historical studding, this dissertation makes a concrete analysis of industry association, especially which in China applying the above theoretical structures. The thesis divides the process of the development of industry association into several sections, according to stage character of organizational changes of industry association, and analyzes each stage from the respect of the social economy development, the environment of social institute, the structure and character of organizations, functions of organizations and etc. Especially, the paper made a comparatively thorough study of two types of industry association, "the confrontational and the co-operational industry associations between governments and associations" in their generating reasons, operating character, the trend of development Then, the thesis investigates and analyzes the process of historical changes of industry associations, analyzes the backgrounds, reasons, methods and the state of operations of the emergences and the development of industry association in China, during the period of institution transformation emphatically, Meanwhile, it points out that the transformation of social institution, which brings about by the marketing oriented reform, is the direct reason of the organization changes of industry association currently in China. And yet, it is the two basic means of producing the industry associations during the period of structure transformation in China that the government forms "from top to bottom" compulsorily and the enterprises built "from bottom to top" spontaneously. Along with the above train of thought, the thesis puts forward the objective mode (pattern), principle, concrete channels and ways which enhance the development of industry associations, the core ideas of it is that we should improve the extrinsic environment and amplify intrinsic administration mechanisms perfecting the industry associations through accelerating the market oriented reform and institution transformation, thereby, it impels to turn the industry associations in China to nongovernmental autonomous organizations and then ultimately forms the objective pattern of nongovernmental autonomous industry associations base on legal organizations of a country.
