Transformation And Development Of Joint Organization Organizations

The Industry Association Union is a special type of the social organizations.Being different from the general industry association, the Industry Association Unioncould be formed by members that come from various industries and social features.Although the Industry Association Unions are rare, they do promote the developmentof relevant social organizations. Since the Eighteenth National Congress of theCommunist Party, the management of Chinese Industry Association Union isdeepening reform rapidly while the institution of the society is also facingorganizational change. The Industry Association Union will have unprecedentedchallenges and opportunities. The objective of this report is to demonstrate theexistence forms and the functions changes of the Industry Association Union after thedeep reform, thereby addressing how to develop its future trace. The analysis is basedon Hebei Industry and Economy League and its current issues during the deepeningreform procedure. The report also takes some cases of the development of IndustryAssociation Union developed countries as references.Documentation analysis, historical analysis, generalization and summarizationmethods are used in comparing between Chinese and the foreign social organizationmanagement theory practice research. On this basis, this report discusses the potentialproblem in the future reform of Industry Association Union. Relevantrecommendations are provided.
