This article, based on a form of systematically analysis, fully considered the complicate of the enterprise crisis management, critically inherited and used the present achievement of both domestic and abroad, imbibed knowledge of enterprise crisis management from researches of industries and single company, from the angle of view of the form, precaution and control, studied the function of enterprise crisis management. It focused on the function of reasons, especially the research of internal reasons of enterprise crisis. On base of explaining and understanding the function of enterprise crisis, this article made a systematical analysis of crisis prevent and control. Aiming to make enterprises to prevent crisis before hand and avoid it by strengthen daily management; minimize the lost when meeting unpredictable crisis. In the end, achieves the goal that implementing the total crisis management and avoiding the failure of enterprise. The article can be divided into 7 chapters. Chapter 1 Introduction It mainly expounds the importance of strengthen the enterprise crisis management and the essay's form and train of thought. In modern society, the swift changing of circumstances makes the enterprise crisis possible to happen every time, the enterprise crisis are common and objective. The extent and nature of the enterprise crisis depend on how manage it. Effective precaution and control can change the dangers into chances, on the opposite side, it will destroy the future of a company. To this extent, enterprise management is the key of a company's success. In china, making a great effort on the study of the function of enterprise crisis management has more theoretical and practical value. In our country, the whole level of crisis management is still much lower, basically say, the system pf crisis management is now existed. Both the theoretical study and the practical explanation are in the bud. Chapter 2 The base of enterprise crisis management study On base of defining the terms "crisis"and "enterprise crisis", this thesis summarizes the characters and types of enterprise crisis, the dynamic form of enterprise crisis system and its development cycle, the relationship between enterprise crisis and enterprise life cycle, enterprise crisis and general enterprise problem, the differences and similarities between the enterprise crisis and urgent disastrous events, the enterprise crisis management and operation management, enterprise risk management, "zero"drawback management, chance-hunting management etc.. Sums up the course of its emergence and development, expounds the current achievements of enterprise crisis management and points out their flaws. At last, gives some basic study assume of enterprise crisis management. There is close relationship between enterprise crisis and its life cycle. The theory of enterprise life cycle consider the enterprise as a human being in the nature, so the enterprise would also go through the process from birth to death. Generally speaking, the enterprise life cycle includes four stages, they are periods of found, development, mature and decline. The enterprise follows a predictable mode when it evolutes along its life cycle as a system. It is possible for enterprises to encounter various crises at different stage. There are differences and similarities between the enterprise crisis and the general problem of enterprise. They both are objective. Their differences mainly are aspects including: regularity, resource, complication, extent and time it lasting, solving methods etc. The enterprise crisis management is not simply a single management event, but a long-term strategic thought, it is a dynamic systematical process, including: the whole process of crisis precaution, control and disposal, recovery, among them, precaution is the key factor; The enterprise crisis management process is a kind of art, it combines the hard and rigid rules with the flexible crisis management concept. The core and key factor of the enterprise crisis management is theactiveness of person. Chapter 3 The analysis of how enterprise crisis occur This chapter summarizes the current achievements referring to enterprise crisis management, defines the concept which causes the formation of enterprise crisis, and points out that the resource of crisis is the changing of inter and outer enterprise circumstances, its function is that the decisive factor for the formation of crisis is how the enterprise adapt to the outer circumstances: lack of managers'crisis management concepts, the shortage of the corporate govern, the imperfect of inter monitor and enterprise crisis management system; the outer circumstances of forming the enterprise crisis, for instance, the function of the life cycle of product and enterprise, the renewing cycle of the enterprise, the economy prosperity cycle, technology development cycle, the organization change cycle and so on. Chapter 4 The analysis of the precaution function of the enterprise crisis This chapter emphasizes that crisis precaution is a sort of concept, explain how to set this kind of concept, focuses on the study of system precaution of enterprise crisis and the found of flexible mechanism of crisis precaution. Chapter 5 Plan of enterprise crisis management On base of the summary of former study achievement, designs the principles and content of crisis management plan. Mainly expounds the meanings and content of setting up groups of crisis management, creates model form with a contra-information system of enterprise crisis precaution. Chapter 6 The study of control function of the enterprise crisis This chapter expounds the types and procedure of crisis control. The system of crisis control consists of 3 types or stages. The procedure of crisis control includes: found of crisis control commanding center, the research and assess of crisis situations, the confirm of crisis quality, work out a beforehand scheme and a plan of put control into action quickly. The whole process of crisis control works closely with decisions. The decision of crisis control is not on a regular way under the uncertain dynamic situations. This chapter also discusses several problems referring to the methods and ways of crisis control. Chapter 7 Crisis communicationThis chapter mainly talks about the importance of the communication in the crisis management, the object, preparation, skill and media of the crisis communication. The object of the communication in the crisis situations includes employee, shareholders etc. who are inter the company, and the media, government or agency, supplier, distributors, people from the community etc. who are outer the company. The enterprises should use different skills of communication according to the different objects. One of the important factors to the success of communication is the setup and consecutive mend of crisis communication management plan. Lacking of plan, would lead to the increase of the time and cost of communication. The crisis communication needs mastering some skills, and should pay attention to emotion communication, detail communication, contra communication, staff communication and you should also choose the right words and right attitude. We come to the following conclusion: There is not only an important theoretical meaning, but also deep practical value in the study of the function of the crisis management. The difference between the enterprise crisis and the general enterprise problems is one of the basic and key problems; the enterprise crisis related to the enterprise cycle closely; the enterprise crisis management is not simply a single management event, but a long-term strategic thought, it is a dynamic systematical process, a kind of art; precaution is very important to the enterprise crisis management; a key to effective crisis precaution management is setting up flexible mechanism for crisis management; the main source of the modern crisis is the lack of ability of adapting to the changing circumstances; the occurs of enterprise crisis also related to the lack of information management mechanism closely, so, it is essential to set up a contra information system; during the whole process of the crisis management, the human being is also a very important factor; company, especially Chinese company, should form a suitable culture and a core value which conform to the whole society value, this is the fundamental security of the crisis management; we should develop the agency ---consultant company of crisis management in our country, enhance the procedure of realizing the industrialism of crisis management; set crisis management course in business college, to foster the reserve human resources for crisis management.
