This article, based on a form of systematically analysis, fully considered the complicate of the enterprise crisis management, critically inherited and used the present achievement of both domestic and abroad, imbibed knowledge of enterprise crisis management from researches of industries and single company, from the angle of view of the form, precaution and control, studied the function of enterprise crisis management. It focused on the function of reasons, especially the research of internal reasons of enterprise crisis. On base of explaining and understanding the function of enterprise crisis, this article made a systematical analysis of crisis prevent and control. Aiming to make enterprises to prevent crisis before hand and avoid it by strengthen daily management; minimize the lost when meeting unpredictable crisis.
