Research On The Agricultural Enterprise Development Based On Enterprise Ecological Theory

Comparing the business organizations and the biological organism, enterprise ecology is an emerging discipline, which studies the relationships between the essential elements inside the business organizations, and those between the business organizations and their surroundings. The creative research of referring the survival, development and evolution of the business organizations to those of biological organisms makes enterprise ecology a hot area in enterprise research in the new era.The development of agricultural enterprise is the prerequisite to boost development of agriculture, through which agricultural enterprise could realize its expansion, industrialization and modernization. In order to survive and evolve, agricultural enterprise in China has to become the prosecution competitive main body that is adaptive to domestic and international markets.Based on the existing research results in the field, putting agricultural enterprise to generalized concept and background, this paper analyzes the agricultural enterprise ecosystem systematically and comprehensively. It utilizes the philosophy of from theory to practice, from the more general to the more specific and from internal to external. This paper constructs the theoretical frame for agricultural enterprise ecology based on related ecological theory and that of enterprise. It also analyzes the current development of China's agricultural enterprise considering both the inner and outer factors by comparing the difference between the development of domestic agricultural enterprise and that of foreign countries.The paper studies the inner and outer ecology system of agricultural enterprise in different levels, the relationship between ecology system and environment based on agricultural enterprise ecology system from microcosmic to macrograph. In the inner ecology system of agricultural enterprise, the paper analyzes the inner function of individual agricultural enterprise ecology system and its relationship with environment. It discusses the composition of agricultural enterprise vitality too. According to species diversity theory, the paper lists four such typical individual agricultural enterprise ecology systems as agricultural produce production enterprise, agricultural produce processing enterprise, agricultural products circulating enterprise and agricultural products service enterprise. Focusing on the features of various agricultural enterprises, the paper explores the structure, distribution, scale, manufacturing organization, rational resource allocation, daily operation and management. In the outer ecological system of agricultural enterprise, the analysis of the paper starts from similar agricultural enterprise population to different agricultural enterprise community finally arrives at the regional ecology system constructed by different agricultural enterprise.
