Road Transport Enterprise Security Evaluation

Based on the safety production situation of China's road transport industry, application modern safety administration theory, hazard risk theory, and system analysis theory, applying both qualitative and quantitative analysis method, in this paper, the author conducts in-depth research for the safety evaluation of road transportation enterprise. The content of the paper contains: systematic analysis for the safety evaluation of road transportation enterprise, theory and method of safety evaluation of road transportation enterprise, and strategic solution to realize safety production of road transport industry.Through analysis to the conception, connotations and characters of safety evaluation theory, the paper has put forward the conception model and objects function; Discussed the authentication of occupational safety & health management system (OHSMS) applying to road transportation enterprise, and analyze the relation between authentication of OHSMS and safety evaluation.According to the content, object and character of safety evaluation to the road transportation enterprises, the paper has set up an index system to evaluate those enterprises; It has studied the normalization methods of attribute value of the evaluation index, it has probed into the establishment and evaluation method of the weight of evaluation index; Applying with fuzzy identifying principle and adopting AHP (analytical hierarchy process ), the paper has put forward a safety evaluation model of road transportation enterprises; It has also constructed the quantitative safety evaluation assessment structure and has put forward the grades and standard of road transportation enterprises according to the safety evaluation; Furthermore, combined the example, the paper has progressed the practice analysis. Cronbach a coefficient and Kendall coefficient of concordance are chosen to evaluate the evaluation reliability.According to the practical safety production situation of China's road transport industry, this paper has analyzed the safety production of road transportation, it has put forward the strategies and suggestions to realize safety production of road transport industry.
