Innovation is the original power of changing the style of economic growth, key factor of keeping core competence for enterprise.All kinds of innovation are results of knowledge creation in a sense, since the exploitation of knowledge involved all economic activity. The enterprise as a whole could acquire learning and innovation ability only when they find out the knowledge they own and available to them. Then they could stock and share these knowledge sufficiently and create new ones, form a knowledge management system aiming at knowledge innovation, and make further creation on technology, product and business management.Thed efinition of tacit knowledge has important significance in extending the object of knowledge management, discovering the procedure of knowledge innovation. The SECI model basing on this definition revealed part source of knowledge innovation by four kinds of transformation from tacit and personal knowledge to explicit and organizational knowledge. We could get a further conclusion that fundamental condition and driving force of these transformation include:the personnel could get enough knowledge foundation shared by others and from the organization; one could have direct communication with others actively to achieve fresh perceptual and rational affection; there are effective cooperation mechanism inside the staff, the organization and between both, in which innovation could change from abstract concept to specific material and modality through complex cooperation. Referring to enterprise management, these influencing factors could be organization level and function design, human capital management approach and construction of enterprise system or culture.There must be realizable knowledge management tools and relevant knowledge management system to carry out above theory.Wiki has gained great success as voluntarily and collectively written encyclopedia on internet.The openness and collective writing mode of wiki are beneficial to integration of knowledge and promotion of communication and cooperation internal and external organization, which fulfilled the demand of enterprise knowledge management and innovation. Having knowledge innovation as the final target and the cardinal line, wiki as a technological platform, this paper create an enterprise knowledge management model, in which knowledge database is associated with communication and coordination platform dynamically, organization structure and function are devised, incentive system and enterprise culture are reconstructed. The establishment of knowledge management model deepens and supplements the knowledge management and innovation theory, having practical consequence to providing workable knowledge management model.
