The existence and development of organization depend on the ability of knowledge innovation. The nucleus problem of organizational learning is knowledge gaining and innovating."Melt Kowledge-Ferment"is a kind of theory model how organization can gain knowledge and innovation. An organization gaining knowledge and melt knowledge is a basic policy of acclimatization; organizational knowledge innovation is the key of competing and achieving knowledge innovation is knowledge ferment."Melt Knowledge-Ferment"is a social course about self-organization's form, development, diffusiong, communion, meet, consummate, circulate of all kinds of idea, originality, rule, sensibility and etc. The course can disport two kinds of man-made spontaneities. Both two courses are open, self-organizational and developing. The knowledge ferment can be explained with thinking, learning, settling issue and being projected conformity of human.From character,"Melt Knowledge-Ferment"is a kind of organizational behavior and social activity. It will bring hypothesis, concepts and models and explain some cooperation problems on science. The cooperatation of"Melt Knowledge-Ferment"includes how to fit the organizational environment and economy knowledge, how to cooperate with market economy, social culture, politics and policy, how to cooperate with calling developing and the organizational inner cooperation."Melt Knowledge-Ferment", a kind of method, cooperate all kinds of knowledge and learning sorts. In the course of knowledge changing between individual and organizational, knowledge communion among individual, culture, system, criterion has very important effect. Persons'connections in an organization often go with some beginning, persistence and end of organizational learning. Organizational culture is complex value and normative which consists in individual knowledge frame and sensibility.And it can prove the effect of"Melt Knowledge-Ferment"."Melt Knowledge-Ferment"goes along with organizational frame; it also can change the frame. In practice, different organizations according to different management have different characteristic. The letterpress study of organizational learning in different corporations includes information collection, market information, competitor information, client information and etc. We will make this information ferment and come into special knowledge system. We also design human resource in enterprise including how to increase individual skill and knowledge, how to increase work efficiency and productivity, how to improve knowledge accumulate in an organization and how to found cooperating mechanism.
