Accompany with world economy flies to develop, it has also gradually improve inpeople’s quality of life, the demand of consumer has been increasingly personalized anddiversified, it has been more and more rigorous for perishable agricultural products, suchas color and luster, flavor, freshness and nutritional value etc, at the same time, the demandfor perishable agricultural products has been also growing. The immediate contingency ishow to reduce logistics costs, reduce intermediate links is the key to success or failure foran enterprise.Under the thought of vendor managed inventory, in order to meet the needs of thedownstream demander inventory, the model of vendor decide the quantity and time windowof the distribution of goods is more and more welcome. Under the consideration ofalternative products, the objective function is made to minimum transportation cost anddamage cost, the model of vehicle scheduling problem of perishable agricultural productsis established. And it is solved the vehicle scheduling problem of perishable agriculturalproducts by particle swarm optimization, the results show that the model is effective.Based on the inherent nature of perishable agricultural products and the limitation ofstorage time, the particularity of transportation equipment, with fixed costs, transportationcosts, energy costs, vehicle damage costs and low comprehensive cost of customer penaltycost as the objective function. On account of changing of customers demand, on the basisof the cold chain logistics distribution, the model of dynamic vehicle schedulingoptimization is established. The model is solved by dynamic programming algorithm, andthe result show that the model is validity.
