Construction And Evaluation Of The Mode Of Forest-paper Integration In China

The integration of forest-paper in china has been studied and carried out for about 20 years. Nowadays, although there has been some effect on the integration, the headway of it is always slow. Many experts, scholars and enterprisers have also done much practical research on the integration of forest-paper, but there is little theoretical research on it. So I believe that setting up a perfect theory on the integration of forest-paper will make the course of performing the integration much smoother. The paper will make general and systematical study on the basic theory about the integration, especially about setting-up and evaluating the mode of the integration. And then I will design a new mode that matches for the situation of our country. I name it for the multi-hierarchical and semi- fictional mode of cycle economic in this article.Firstly, through summing-up the theory about the integration of forest-paper among western countries and China and combining the practice in China, the paper will set up a set of theoretical system about the integration. It will be sorted for 3 aspects such as interior dominance theory, exterior dominance theory and combined pattern theory. In this section the paper makes study on the theory which forms the means of organizational coordination and market trading from the perspective of trading cost, assets occupation, duplex price and decision making of best output. It illuminates the forming motivation of the integration from the aspect of enterprise exterior; it also clarifies the integration mechanism of the integration from aspects such as the fusion, assembly, capital recombination between forest and paper industry and organizational network.Secondly, I construct the dynamical mechanism mode of integration of forest-paper by applying industrial organization theory, economics, and enterprise management theory. And we will find that the maximized profit, latent market competition, security and cost advantages of raw material, enterpriser ability and government support are the motivities of the integration. We'll also illuminate the integration's makeup from 8 aspects by studying the mechanism of industrial organization. Furthermore, the paper demonstrates that target of the integration is to advance organization's combined profit and competence of competition.Thirdly, a classification of the mode the integration of forest-paper was constructed by summing-up the mode of integration among western countries and China and studying the characteristic of the integration mode and the area in which modes are applied.
