Analysis On The Problems Of Actualizing The Integration Of Forest-paper In China And Study On Countermeasures

The integration of forest-paper is the most common means between Forestry and Paper-making in developed countries. The integration of forest-paper in china has been studied and carried out more than 20 years by learning the successful experience of foreign countries. Although there has been some effect on the integration, the headway of it is always slow. Nowadays, along with paying more attention to the integration of forest-paper in China and setting up the programming to construct projects of the integration of forest-paper from 2004 to 2010, it has been implemented abroad in our country. It is obvious that the integration of forest-paper in China will develop to a new altitude.However, the integration of forest-paper has been paid more attention in China; there are still many problems to restrict its development. Many experts, scholars and enterprisers have also done much research on how to practice the integration of forest-paper into operation, but there is little systematic and macroscopically research about the problems and the countermeasures to the integration of forest-paper in China.The paper will content these sections as follows: Firstly, I will do studies on the principles of the integration of forest-paper, and then make analysis on the circumstance of actualizing the integration of forest-paper in China. Secondly, I will list the problems of actualizing the integration of forest-paper in China at present, and then make analysis on causes which lead to the problems above. Thirdly, I will make simply research on the industry contracture of the integration of forest-paper and the mechanism of developing the integration of forest-paper in order to set up the target system to developing the integration of forest-paper in China. Lastly, I will bring forward a series of countermeasures in order to settle the problems which have existed, such as the measures for the enterprises which actualize the integration of forest-paper and managements of government, and then I will advance some suggestion about policy for the implement of the integration of forest-paper in China.
