Application Research On Forestry-paper Integration Of Raw Material Forest Base Of The Posterior Ecological Impact Assessment

Forest-paper integration has become an increasingly important trend of Chinese papermaking industry geared to the development of international papermaking industry, and it is a good way to solve the consumption of our paper industry. However, a raw material forest base is a basic safeguard to realize the rapid and sound development of forest-paper integration. Along with the raw material forest base built, more and more biological environment problems come to us, for example, biodiversity disturbed, important habit influenced,etc. All of them draw specialists'and scholars'attention,because the raw material forest base always has a large construction scale, which occupies a lot of land resources and only can plant one same trees. The posterior ecological impacts on assessment analysis projects which has been built and put forward as a feasible remedy. So, the posterior ecological impacts on assessment of the raw material forest base, which is coming to the field of the study.The article discusses the posterior ecological impacts on assessment of the raw material forest base on the base of ecology theories, sustainable development theory, and ecological bearing capacity. It's set up the indicator system of the posterior ecological impacting on assessment of the raw material forest base, and giving evaluation methods or evaluation standards, by analyzing the various activities of the raw material forest base, distinguishing ecological factors mainly including biodiversity, soil quality, soil erosion, non-point pollution and special sensitive area by matrix methods. The article takes Qian Bei 20 million t/a bamboo raw material forest base of He Jiang and Na Xi in province Si Chuan as a research, and the result indicates for this:the bamboo raw material forest base has little impact on regional ecological environment; soil quality is becoming better; native soil erosion is 2.398×108kg/a,new soil erosion is 2.035×109kg; non-point pollution is slight; and the bamboo raw material forest base is far away from the special sensitive areas of He Jiang and Na Xi. To some extent, the ecological conservation measures prevent ecological environment effectively and improve the regional ecological environment.The application of posterior ecological impact on assessment of the raw material forest base is less in our country. The article provides some ideas and reference for posterior ecological impacting on assessment of the raw material forest base to make forest-paper integration and ecological environment sustainable and coordinated development.
