"Myth Of Amoral Business" And Reconstruction Of Modern Business Ethics

Modern enterprise has become the important constituent of the national economy in the contemporary society,and it through each way related with all of us.But be affected by "non-ethical" phenomenon of the modern economics,"whether business behavior should be bound by ethical and moral standards?" A good deal of discord has arisen over this question in along time.Most people considered business ethics has nothing to do with their own behavior. Ethics and business are radically two things.This universal view is called "myth of amoral business".Business activity must follow certain rules,but law can not be used as the sole criterion for guiding business activity.The law can limit the non-rational behavior of enterprises.Business is not against the law but a lot of acts contrary to moral and ethical.That is the operation of amoral.As an important member of society,enterprises have an obligation to bear the corresponding social responsibility.Manager of business should not be engaged in only benefit their own business activities just following their own inclinations.Enterprises should take full account of their decision-making and behavior,it possibly cause the impact of the environment,the public and the public interest.Therefore,the law needs ethics to be the effective supplement.Construction of modern business ethics has become a global problem that needs urgent solution.This article starts with the "non-ethical" phenomenon in the modern economics and makes an intensive study of the ethics flaw phenomenon in business process and origin of "myth of amoral business".This dissertation point out that the significance and the rules of modern business ethics restructuring,and provide a theoretical basis for promote the harmonious development of Social,economic and cultural.The paper first makes a more detailed introduction to the ethics request of business activity and the related economic theory which should be needed,and through on the relationship between the three areas,which are economic motivation and humanistic concern,theory of business and social responsibility as well as Individual obligations and moral principle to clarify the origin of economic ethics and code of ethics.The paper writing mentality is:Firstly,this thesis makes an analysis of the value-oriented of the business activity to find out the most prominent paradox of value in social,economic and livelihood,identify the underlying causes of the ethics flaw phenomenon in business and emphasize the necessity and urgency of the enterprise morals restraint mechanism structuring.Secondly,this study through the use of institutional analysis, game analysis,cost-benefit analysis and principal-agent analysis to identify the important information and required enlightenment of the business morals restraint mechanism structuring.Thirdly,this treatise through analysis of three aspects which are external ethical behavior of enterprise,internal ethical behavior of enterprise and international business ethics to intensively examine the important link of modern business ethics restructuring.
