Research On Evaluation Of National Economic Mobilization Development System Based On Coordination

At present, the trend of domestic National Economic Mobilization research is face to development of socialist market economy, face to information war ,face to combination of dealing with war and emergency instead of dealing with war only ,toward to combination of qualitative research and quantitative research from qualitative research. In fact, our national economic mobilization has achieved great progress in many aspects such as building of a strong contingent of organization ,potential investigation,plan establishment, economic mobilization centre construction, information system construction , propaganda,education,training. But our national economic mobilization has many problems such as low degree of combination between dealing peacetime and war, low degree of combining military with civilian production, low level of information processing , weak ability of self-protection. examine the matter from the angle of management decision of national economic mobilization, there are no scientific quantitative analysis,estimation and evaluation to the ability and development of national economic mobilization, as affect deepening of cognition to national economic mobilization.This paper give the definition of national economic mobilization development system, examine and research component parts of national economic mobilization with knowledge and methods of systems science theory and grey systems theory for meeting such economic mobilization demand as enhancing converting ability between war and peacetime, fast mobilizing ability, sustained growth ability of production, comprehensive self-protection ability.This paper promote research work and get achievements as such aspects:...
