Research On Classificafied Devolopment Of The Agriculture Sci-Tech Talents In China

China is a big agricultural country. Peasant population is the majority in China. People concern a lot about how to realize agriculture modernization in such a big agricultural country. It is proved by theory and practices that agriculture science and technology, the qualified peasants are very important in the process of agriculture modernization. It is so important to the quality improvement of agriculture sci-tech talents, especially to the peasants that discussing the problems occuring in the process of agriculture sci-tech talents development and trying to find the solutions.The research methods:Under the guide of the market economy theory, the innovation theory, the organizational behavior theory, the human capital theory, and the human resources development theory, this dissertation uses a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis as well as the mutually supplemented methods of positive analysis and normative analysis to present a systematic research on the classified development of the agriculture sci-tech talents in China. The research goals:The general research goal is trying to find the solutions for the problems that occur in the developing process of the agriculture sci-tech talents. The specific goals are as follows. Firstly, this dissertation enriches and deepens the study of making the best use of people through massive document research. Secondly, it proposes a practical and reasonable way to implement the agriculture sci-tech talents in China based on a large amount of statistical data and investigation. Furthermore, it provides a policy-making reference for all levels of government regarding agriculture sci-tech talents development policy.
